You don't have to pay for it, that's the beauty of it! Just submit an interesting news story with links to the targeted server and it's bound to go down.
Buy (find? steal? "aquire"?) and old peice of sh*t server/PC with a SCSI motherboard or card that has a crapload of full size drive bays, fill them up with CD-ROMs, slap in a cheapo network card, install some free flavor of a *nix system and there you go. You can probably make a few of these relatively cheaply if you got the right hook-ups for getting "garbage" PC hardware.
Why am I a troll? I'm not talking about using a camcorder, I'm talking about DVD discs of the movie produced by the studio itself that were sent out for previewing by reviewers, consideration by awards shows, etc. They are of regular DVD quality, not camcorder quality.
Maybe this means all the bootlegs on P2P networks will improve in quality and all be DVD rips of prerealeases. Bootlegs recorded in the theatre are of such low quality it's hardly worth watching them.
Except when that bootleg happens to be a DVD-image of a DVD meant for awards consideration, previews, etc... Yes I do mean DVD-image, as in an exact copy of the DVD into a file you can download and burn onto a DVD yourself. That's not exactly "low quality" now is it?
It would not unless the tourist was a complete idiot. They simply have to keep the camera in it's case (if they don't have one, they're an idiot) and not take it out while in the theatre, so nobody would know they had it.
GTA 3 and Vice City both let you take the role of a taxi driver in a similar situation... granted it's only a small part of the game, but it's still there...
Yeah it's called entrapment and it's illegal for law enforcement to do, so why should MS be allowed to get away with it? That's Bullshit. With the capital B.
So everyone should simply stop using it. Camera companies should simply refuse to pay and use/develop a new filesystem for their cards. If they all worked together on development it'd surely be cheaper than paying MS's ridiculous taxes on FAT. Implementing some other filesystem rather than FAT would be even cheaper....
First of all, it's not sensitive in the least bit.
Secondly, it doesn't happen, because I'm not an AC, like you seem to be. I use my name to post things rather than hiding behind a mask. Just simply don't use it and they're system is beat.
Remember MiniDiscs? They always said you could run them over with a car and they'd stoll work fine. I've tried this and it's true!
I also have a Mac Plus that runs perfectly fine, it's not necessarily hardy but it sure is lasting forever!
I have a portable Napa CD/VCD player that came with a small remote for controlling VCD's. I accidentally left it in a pocket on a pair of pants and it went though the washing machine AND dryer before it was found again. I had to change the battery in it but it works just fine. Lesson of this story? Always check your pockets before washing stuff.
My iBook has also taken a beating and still works fine...I used to carry it around in a backpack laptop case with heavy books, it got crushed a few tims, dropped on its' corners multiple times....and it still works like new excep the latch is braken but that's no big deal, rather a small annoyance.
With a multitude of failure points you can still have partial functionality should one fail (so long as they are independent) as opposed to no functionality should the single failure point give out... Don't put all your eggs in one basket.
I would imagine that they would equip a modem for power line internet with a built-in surge protector to protect itself and all connected devices. If they didn't it would simply be poor design given what the device is connecting to.
No, I tend to be bored, actually.

Or perhaps you just don't know the extent of your friends' prOn collections!

Yeah, they already have. They're called SVCD's. And it got even better. DVD's.

so? it's better than giving the evil empire a quarter mil...

You can copy radio easily with a tape recorder.
So what you're saying is that Windows users are moochers?
Isn't that what instant messaging was invented for?

Why don't you just post as yourself then? Or are you posting such utter bullshit that you don't want to be associated with it?
I would also like to state the obvious fact that I'm having a very bad day in terms of typing, so keep it to yourself!

I use the exact same method, I'm not alone in the world!

nobody said you had to. i don't trust the government, same thing.
