Am I just crazy to expect to be able to install Linux for free? The game used to be that "you can pay more for more support/better performaance", but now days that phrase is being changed around and around. (rant-mode/off)
MySQL crashed on me the second day I ran the beta version of Enterprise 3. (Vanilla Dual Opteron setup with MySQL-Max, though we have tons of traffic) I definitely don't feel like checking to see if the release version will crash or not. Trying out Mandrake's enterprise beta 3 right now, felt like I'm on a roller coaster ride as it's no-where as polished as I hoped for.
Does Suse 9 support AMD64? Never heard of an Opteron user running it.
Was playing Ragnarok beta last month, and simultaneous on-line users reached 9800 at peak hours. Needless to say there were some lag.:)
The Korean creators of the game had released for pay to play recently and grossed 30 million the first week. Now let's see what the Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and English versions will gross...
A good place to order the DVD would be from http://www.amazon.co.jp , they have an english checkout page, and you'd see an icon for the DVD once you click on the "DVD" tab on the main page.
Right now they're offering 20% off, at 3760yen ($32 US). Shipping is 900yen ($8 US), $18 for express.
The Laputa DVD is going to be released on 10/04 finally! Shipping for two DVD is $11 -_^ Need to find out if it has English subtitle or tracks though.
