I know of a situation like this were I advised a friend to plead to many lessor charges rather than the one felony. The Prosecutor would not accept that deal since he wanted to get another felony in his win column. The defendant in that case avoided jail time and got minimal fines by accepting guilt for a felony he could not have been convicted of. It was either that or be broke from trial and likely in jail for years for the multitude of lessor charges they likely could prove. He was not innocent of everything, but the charge he plead too he surely was.
Then I assume your production is legal in your state, but sadly not in your country.
I hope that this becomes legal medically as well as recreationally.
Right now most of the production/trafficking is big business for various groups. At least those in your care can be certain you are not spraying only FSM knows what for mites. If you are doing that, stop.
I have not had any interest in it since college, but you basically could not sell that on the campus I went too. People just would not purchase anything with seeds. It was used at some parties to roll 1/8 blunts, but other than for pranks like that it was considered too low grade to consider useful.
Yes, a third party who wants to commit a crime and get away with it.
Illicit drug production is big business. These folks are not interested in growing 1 plant in the middle of a lab. If they wanted to do that they would just tinfoil a closet.
You could hide them in a closet too. Your idea is no better than that. There will not be very many places growing hemp indoors for research, nor would it be practical for much illicit production to be done there.
You could make meth in a college chemistry lab, does not mean it is very common nor going to supply many users.
Your coworkers/students would soon notice what you are doing.
And just like those two Canis Lupus Familiaris any two Cannabis Sativa plants will breed and are thus one species.
Actually hemp production focused far more on producing good fiber than reducing THC content. At least until very recently. The THC reduction was just a side effect no one cared about, not until we started having modern drug laws anyway.
1. It is not a subspecies. It is the same plant, just different strains. Just like different kinds of tomatoes.
2. You cannot hide high THC plants in a hemp field. The hemp plants will fertilize and thus ruin the high THC plants. This is why male plants are culled early in illicit grow operations. Growing hemp outdoors on an industrial scale would probably make most illicit outdoor growth impossible for just that reason.
This is one reason why innocent people do plead guilty. It is a similar problem, the hope in that case is the truly innocent can be proven so by a legal aid lawyer.
Then please name it. Remember that they will want a live device and they will want to use it in a normal manner they can show off.
Apple had the same issue a few years ago and Steve Jobs correctly asked folks to turn off their devices. I guess acknowledging him to be correct now makes me an Apple cheerleader as well.
While that sounds good it would not work, or at least not very well.
There will simply be too much noise on all wifi bands in the environment for that to be as functional as you hope. The issue is not other access points on that channel it is more the constant scanning all these devices will be doing and all the reflections that they will cause.
The right thing to do in this situation is to ask that all devices be turned off or put in airplane mode. Not all will comply, but enough to greatly improve performance of the demo.
Yes, but there is lots of other paperwork too. Go ask your local court clerk.
The judge will not be impressed with your wikipedia reference. He will want that presented in a certain way or may just ignore it.
Chapter 7 will not get rid of your 150K fine under normal circumstances. Courts are generally reluctant to discharge debts from court proceedings. You could work out a payment plan that might never pay it all off, but that is probably the best you can hope for. If you filed right away they would claim it was not in good faith and not discharge anything.
Sure, but even a poor lawyer is likely a better lawyer than me. Just like even a poor *n.x sysadmin is better than the average lawyer will be at that task.
You will need to file all kinds of paperwork for appeals and evidence.
This is a civil case, so they are only going to try to meet a preponderance of evidence. There is no proving yourself innocent, just defending against that.
lawyers and judges are not godlike, but just as they have no idea how to do my job, I have no idea how to do theirs. We could both attempt it, but the results are not going to be pretty in either case.
I agree on voice, but if you can use your smartphone to start some activity and have it stay on the glass device as a sort of hud that could be very handy.
Driving directions, stats while running or hiking, etc.
Odds are that is true. How many devices are all screaming on GSM, LTE, CMDA and wifi bands do you think are at that location? If we assume everyone has only a smartphone or glass we can say 1 per user, odds are it is more like 2-3 per.
Of course I was speaking of ideals.

No need to remind. That does not change its legal status though.
Ropes are made from the stalks of the plant. Even the most potent plant would have totally worthless stalks.
Only the flowers are really useful for that, leaves could be a really poor substitute I guess.
I think it is because we have not mastered the analog 24 hour watch for some reason.

It ruins it from a sales perspective.
Other than high schoolers no one is buying this product with seeds in it. At least they did not when I was in college.

Those are not generally used for hemp. The last one is way too short.
The common cannabis used for both medical/recreational use and hemp was what I was speaking about.
And just like those two Canis Lupus Familiaris any two Cannabis Sativa plants will breed and are thus one species.

That would mean you can't show off the device.
Steve Jobs when faced with the same issue asked people to turn off devices, it was the correct move and it worked.

Only when they grow it indoors.
It is the exact same plant, cannabis sativa.

What do you mean?
I was assuming the demo device was an android device and the vast majority of those lack wired connections.
How does your IP prove you are at fault?
Do you know of no one who has WEP still running?
You will need to file all kinds of paperwork for appeals and evidence.

Sounds like you are pretty clueless.
It has a nice light that lets everyone know you are taking pictures or recording and the price is for a dev kit not the end product.

What exactly is wrong with a digital watch?
Please explain in a manner that does not just say "I am a teenage girl and as such more worried about what others think than functionality".
I do not wear any watch, I have a smartphone that does this job fine.
