How is this any different from what the Las Vegas (and countless other) casinos have done for as long as the technology has been available (even at very high cost). I don't disagree this is a slippery slope, but with the cost of the software and utility computing/processing power ever falling, from a technical standpoint this is an inevitability. I'd be very surprised if there weren't US malls (and even individual businesses) already running facial recognition software, it probably just wasn't highly publicized. If they want to keep it on the down-low, and are asked how they spotted someone, they can simply claim one of their security officers recognized them while monitoring the video feed.

Neither RAID1+0 (RAID 10) nor RAID0+1 (RAID 01) have any RAID5 components, not to say you couldn't make a RAID 5+0 (or 0+5) set.
RAID10 is Mirror + Striping (No Parity), and RAID01 is Striping (No Parity) + Mirroring.
Nevermind that we don't have a timeframe, but FTA there's nothing implicating him other than his divorce and the fact he is refusing to talk to police (thus they're treating him like shit). There still is the possibility that one of the other 300,000,000 people in the US is responsible, or that she flew the coop and went far, far away.. (back to Russia?) She is the one who left and is filing for divorce; I do enjoy seeing how everyone automatically assumes she's dead and he's guilty though... Maybe she's the psycho and kids-be-damned she's watching from the wings right now as the legal gears turn towards locking up her husband.
What kind of problems are you having with the Celerra? Is it sitting in front of a Clariion or a Sym? I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the EMC storage (Petabyte Scale) and SAN products I've worked with in the past. The support I've seen is unmatched by any other vendors I've worked with (*cough* especially other 2 or 3 letter acronym companies).
If anything is to blame, it's that the camera probably was Kodak. Although a competent photographer would have been able to get one 'in-focus', 'non-blurry' shot. You'd think some engineering students could run a camera better than the average joe.

Way too much chatter, and far too 'happy'.. it's supposed to be short glib responses that are cynical and comedic, not conversational or 'talk-show-host'.
Way to totally miss the boat on this one, this is a disgrace.

By giving it to the world, you solve the problem of the ideas/code being sold, we can port it to a dozen platforms, improve the graphics, and add a vast amount of story/plot to it. Give the editing / modelling tools to the community (or at least detailed specs on the models and maps) and we'll happily be on our way, keeping this dream alive.
I think this is a very interesting point, where were the Parents when this was happening?
Who's gun(s) were used, and WHY did the Children have access to them?
I see this as gross negligence on the part of the Parents, if not for the lack of Monitoring of their Children, and the responsibility of their actions, but for the ease of access to the Gun(s) and Ammunition.
The fact that the game is rated Mature, and that these Children had access to it can also be blamed on the Parents:
If the
Parents were aware of the rating but didn't act upon it - they are responsible for subjecting these kids to unsuitable content.
If they weren't aware of the Rating as the game was brought in from outside of the house - it is their responsibility to ensure the content is appropriate. (no different than a Child's friend bringing over an R-Rated or X-Rated Movie)
If they weren't aware of the game being played - until after the fact - I cite their neglect and lack of control / parental responsibility, the Children must have had more than a passing exposure to this for the applicable psychological effects to be justified.
If anyone is to blame, it is the Parents for their Err was a lack of Responsibility, and a lack of Parenting that is instrumental in the Shaping of a young mind.

After IC Marketing received our data, it sold our information to a firm named Infoclear Marketing in Dallas, which then sold it to Mleads, which in turn sold it to Quicken, according to Newman.
Infoclear immediately terminated its contract with IC Marketing when it heard about the spam offense, said Patrick Thurmond, who identified himself as a founder of Infoclear.
Doesn't it sound a lot like InfoClear and IC (coincidence?) are actually the same company, but can appear to 'sever ties' whenever anyone anti-spam starts nosing around.. sounds like a nice setup to me, and the investigators won't implicate poor infoclear when tracing this back.

What future features for products like MOM will be implemented in Nagios, do you see any specific roles currently covered by SMS/MOM/OpenView/etc. that will eventually be done in Nagios?
NetSaint is not affiliated with World Wide Digital Security, Inc. (WWDSI); Richard S. Carson and Associates, Inc; and the marks WEB SAINT, SAINT, SAINTWRITER, SAINTEXPRESS, and SAINTBASIC owned by Richard S. Carson and Associates, Inc.
Looks like SAINT is a little too close to some security-related trademarks, that probably threatened the group when they saw the name.
In Specific, How does Nagios compare to recent commercial offerings like Microsoft's MOM and Novell's ManageWise / ZenWorks, Will Nagios have the Depth of Intelligence when it comes to Reporting, and tracking similar (or related) events as a single more-critical super-event?
Other items of note for comparison are issues like XML Output, I see that XML status data is planned for Version 3, what depth of information will be able to be queried/reported with XML?
If you have a bit of time to play around with WineX, (and don't mind shelling out a couple $'s to Transgamaing.) You will find that The Sims works really well, StarCraft is stable enough to play for long periods of time, and although I haven't tried nhl2002, I imagine if support isn't present, it will be soon for all of EA Sports' games... (all based on the same engine, when 1 works, they all will)
