Where in the world did he get the name "Hip-e". I can just see the business meeting on this:
Suit.A - "Well, it's supposed to be for young people."
Suit.B - "I heard my son use the word 'hip', but I don't think it was an anatomical reference."
Suit.A - "Brilliant, integrating slang into a product targeted to a teen audience increases sales tenfold! Or was that giving out free t-shirts?"
Suit.B - "We still need to make it more comparable to an iMac though..."
Suit.A - "Well, I guess we can throw a random vowel in front, they already took 'i'."
Suit.B - "No, in the spirit of being 'hip', we'll put our random vowel in the END! Crazy, no?."

As an avid self proclaimed hardcore PC (enphasis (can't spell)on PC), I really like windows to be on my gaming computer. But not to worry, gentoo linux is used on www.squirrelsoup.net and I'm repairing an SGI 1100 (if i get it) which will probly run Open or Free BSD, still deciding (any ideas?).
RedHat can do whatever the hell they want, it's so full of bloated crap, it's useless, just use Gentoo, it's loaclly compiled, and only puts the stuff you want into it....
Although I see this issue from her point of vue, I really think that she shouldn't sue because someone sent her an invitiation to potentially see if she was interesting in maybe getting this contract that might be given to her.... Basically, she's just dumb...
