Nice! Flipping the switch again (after going through line) seems to really mess it up.
BTW, am I the only one trying to "fry" the Atari by flipping the power switch On and Off repeatedly? I know...it won't work here...

I wish my grandparents could get on the internet and publish their ideas, experiences and memories instead of kids with fake Britney pr0n and 1337-speak.
You've got a great, great point there. I never met my grandfather (on my mother's side) but from what I know about him, he'd always been into technology and loved to tinker around with things. Were he alive today, I'm sure he'd be doing something like this with computers and I'm sure he'd have some great stories to share.
From the start position in front of the Gold Castle, go down one screen, then go one screen to the right, then run up against the black line.
It takes a couple times to get this right, but as the character/avatar/green square guy bumps against the line, the character "jiggles", like in the original game. Do it for about three seconds or so and then push to the left (the opposite direction) and immediately release the button.
If you did it right, half of the character is now on the other side of the black line. If you push "left" again, you'll go back into the game, but if you push "right", you can actually wrap around and come out from the left side of the screen. You can try going one screen down, but the top wall blocks you from going any further.
Go one screen to the left and your stuck behind the black line on the right side of the screen.
There doesn't seem to be any way out from this, aside from flipping the reset switch.

Whee!
Gee whiz...not getting a damn thing. I wonder what could be the cause?
