    the 14th amendment states who is a citizen and doesnt mention expatriation so I think its probably unconstitution.(then again can noncitizens challenge a law? IANAL but if not this law will never be challenged.)

    It wouldnt be stealing anyway because they dont lose anything they already had. Thats just RIAA propaganda.

    Its copyright violation, and it still is copyright violation to just download one song, even though it doesnt hurt the RIAA in many cases as much as it helps them.

    RMS believes that libraies should be LGPLed if there are proprietary libraries with the same functions, but GPLed otherwise. For example the standard C library(glibc) is LGPLed, but readline(a library used in bash) is GPLed. He wrote about it here

    any good conductor will reflect EM radiation especially at low frequencies like microwaves and radiowaves(this is why computers have a metal chasis, to reduce interference). Redirecting the pulse may be difficult however the conductor will act as an antenna so you might be able to detect the direction of the incoming beam that way.

    If they signed a contract with a major label they have to stay with the label until they release a certain number of albums depending on the contract, so they cant change ecording companies now.
