    I agree and it is important to test the assumptions. But there is room for common sense as well in the face of so many contradictory reports in regards to nutrition.

    I would think fruits, vegetables, grains and meat/protein products that come from one mother are good stuff. Water is the only beverage your body needs. The rest starts bordering on crap.

    How do you handle eating low carb for extended periods? Meat, cheese, eggs, pork rinds. I knew a guy that lost 100lbs eating like that. Other things as well, not just those foods, but the key was to keep his carbs at about 30gm as day.

    I am lucky, high metabolism and eat a healthy diet anyway, but I could not imagine eating heavy type foods like that in those quantities.

    It's math. Burn more calories than you consume. Impossible when watching 40hrs or TV a week stuffing your face with crap.

    they may be happy to loan you a decent scope or two. Some members may even join you and you could experience several scopes. The person advising on binoculars gave solid advice as well. Try and get glimpse of a space station passover as well. Very popular with the kids. Stay away from all those department store refractors promising 500x magnification. They are garbage. Magnification is less important than a scopes ability to gather light. DOBS are the best bang for your buck.

    Let me rephrase. There are some highly technical people in the bitcoin community. There are some not so technical people as well. There are many technical people not involved in bitcoin. It's a big world man.

    The bitcoin community is highly technical. They will probably sell a lot of systems making it available as an option. They will convert their bitcoin to cash instantly minimizing currency risk.

    I have found everything I need in Xubuntu. Unity? Meh, tried it on a live CD once, didn't like it. Xubuntu has finally given me a Linux desktop I can live with. The upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04 was painless as well. I think if people switched to X or Lubuntu the complaining about Ubuntu in general would cease.
