No attempt is made to compare them with the thousands of cold temperature records made earlier this year. The purpose of this story is to hit people on an emotional level.

I can't speak for all of America, but Crime on BART is real and rising. Gangs of people come to a platform, rob everyone, beat the few who resist, then run away before police arrive. Sometimes they board trains, too. It's not a very good situation.

Stopped the stub from bleeding but I've developed green moss growing on my earlobe as a side effect. Anyway overall I give the experience four stars, would recommend.

Look at this graph of federal government spending, and say what exactly are you going to cut? Even if you cut military spending to bare bones, you wouldn't succeed in closing the annual deficit. If you cut social security, you will be voted out of office. If you cut Medicare, you will be voted out of office. So what exactly are you planning on doing?
