Is it just me, or does that tattoo look really bad? It looks like something a little kid would draw on some paper, why would somebody want that on their body for the rest of their lives??
Yeah, my dad works for a company that takes / sells satallite photos. (globexplorer) They have agreements that at certain times and locations they shut off their cameras. Also on an interesting note, they've had the FBI digging through their logs.. apparently some *interesting* people have been buying large number of images of high profile locations from a overseas dialup...
I just happen to be an American, however I am also stationed overseas in Japan protecting this companies right to apparently descriminate against me. I can walk into a Post Exchange on base and legaly buy new DVDs, or rent them, however I'm not authorized to download them? I think they need to rethink their delivery system.
If businesses did do this, then MS would just start making 'deals' with HD sellers, ie, if you want to sell winxx on your hd, you cant sell any other etc etc or you won't get our "special" price.

Why is this not newsworthy? Last time I check, this was news for nerds. I haven't seem somebody doing this before, maybe it is stupid or pointless, but it is still a new and different concept. What other group of people would this apply to better? Maybe it doesn't apply to you specificaly, but who is to say it wouldn't appeal to somebody on this site.
More drunk ramblings.. need mroe beer.
Darwin has been released for X86 for quite some time now. Very limited harware support, but it is there. It does not include aqua "desktop on top of unix" it is just darwin, with gnome etc etc. Pretty cool but not really.
-to drunk to post more.
Great, so for now they expect me to run network cable to my toaster, blender, etc?! The wife will LOVE that. With the few computers I have, i don't need any more cable running all over the house.
