    Do we really want more technically adept people willing to work for peanuts? The global north is bleeding away technological jobs because of the development of former colonies. I say leave em be. We need cheap materials and foreign markets for our goods. -1, insightful

    Actually, publicly traded corporations would no doubt start working with this technology if market forces demanded it. Viagra was produced because there was a market for it. Some people are worried about the possibility of mutation with bacteriophages. You would not want to have the responsibility of creating the next supervirus, would you?

    Instrument panels technically are HDD's. Heads Down Displays. I could see the benefit of a HUD on a vehicle, it would make it much easier to target objects (and people)with your remote controlled roof-mounted machine gun. Dont have a remote controlled roof-mounted machine gun? That's not my problem.

    I liked DOS 6.2. I was sad when microsoft came out with windows 95 and called it an OS. For some strange reason I like command line interfaces.

    I got windows 98 to run for weeks at a time on my machine. Its not stable compared to Linux, but it is stable compared to its predecesor, windows 95.

    You are like those crotchety old folks that vote in abnormally large numbers. You are out to stop us from having our fun while advocating that the government take over yet another aspect of our lives. If you have problems with "eye pollution" I would suggest that you first deal with all of those signs that are posted everywhere. I, for one, am willing to spend a little more on fuel if it means that I can save a buttload of time by travelling more quickly.

    Ever see the price tag that a small jet has? A bottom of the line piston engined cessna starts out at 155k. Good luck finding a jet under 400k.

    Its only as big as a mid sized party cooler. It would only take 2 people to move and would fit in the back seat of most cars.

    I guess that I really do have impaired vision. Maybe I can use this new development to my advantage. Perhaps I can get one of those canes that would let me walk (play) in traffic while forcing all the cars to avoid me...

    Truthfully, I never liked NWN. Its multiplayer doesn't support enough people. MMORPGs are the future of RPG type games.
