What if they had public exocutions of all the teenie bopper studio band sugar coated micky mouse club burnout brat packs and billed them out at halftime shows at football games? they could even make it entertaining too. Not just some cheesy lethal injections, Im thinking about fucking crucifixions, and beheadings. When was the last time you saw anybody stoned to death? I'd pay 20 bucks to see that! And certainly the commercial time spot sales would be able to keep the industry going for many years to come.
The reason that they (RIAA, MPAA, and MS) get away with this shit is that no one does anything other than complain on web sites. If people boycotted music and video stores, they would get the message pretty fucking quick. DAMN STRAIGHT!!! I too have found it odd that some games seem to require a 750 p3 or athlon with video hardware acceleration as a minimum. what the fuck? the amount of games being released every year has plummeted, and one would think that they are spending all this time makingthe game better, faster, and less buggy. complete oppostite is happening. they release a game, and then for months on end they release updates and patches for you to download. dosen't any one ever do it right the first time? fuck! the gaming industry is just as bad as the record industry

Im just surprised that it took this long to see advertisements in games. Also I think the excuse that they are using the product placement to offset the cost of the game is bullshit. Is it just me or have the prices of games has nearly doubled since about 3 or 4 years ago?
Look i don't care how its done, but I'm just happy with M$ getting the message that everyone thinks they suck. Boycotting is good, but lawsuits are better. I say make them spend some of that coin they've got from screwing to customer. I hope the EU takes it all.
Wait a minute people, I get spam as much as the next person (about 30-40 emails per day) and yes it is annoying. but I have gotten used to it. I don't think that it should be legistlated, the government already has enough trouble attempting to control the internet. the less legistlation we have regarding the internet the better. after all, how is spam any different form the advertisments via snail mail telling me that I could have won 10 million dollars. what would you do with that type of spam? Face it, as much as I hate it, spam is here to stay.
