    If I call you by some racial, religeous, or ethnic name, you can sue me. If I have a web site set up for it, Hate laws come after me (funny folks insult white guys and it is not hate). Try to sell a swastika in France and your site will be blocked. Now it is being applied to the political sites that are yelling fire in the theater. Your freedom is an illusion. Cyberspace ain't all that special of a place. The rules of reality still apply there.

    With those provisos the RF portion does not get used. It is just a contactless system. The problem is when you increase the range of the reader, increase availability of the readers or increase the amount of info on the card. ALL three are likely to happen. Put your picture, fingerprints, address and history on it. Cost of equipment falls to where Joe stalker can afford one from ebay.

    If a cop was on the corner outside your favorite establishment asking to see everyone's papers, how would you feel? They could put reader on a pole and it would do the same thing. You want to visit AA, your insurance company may know. You want to listen to Louis Farrakan, FBI knows. You visit 42nd street, the cops know. Now when you know something, but don't want to roll over on your brother. The cops know about your visits to 42nd and offer to tell your wife. If you are cleaner than a priest, OK great. If you take the long way home, do you want a trail?

    Detroit sees large H2 gas stations as a hazard. They see cars with H2 tanks as a hazard. This avoids the gas stations. How about plugging this in at the house to run the electrolyzer? Or set up a solar panel at the house and fill the tank at night? Keep the regular fuel option for long trips, but use H2 around town. Very much like the hybrids use electric.

    The problem is the pages on your site that have just relative addressing. Or if you are using the server's files for some silly reason. Those sections of the application will need changing. I have web pages using Crystal, Word and other utilities that want server addresses not IIS addresses.

    First: The Problem with the UPSTO is that it now uses patent fees to make money. They now issue as many patents as they can. They know that the courts will override what ever they do, so they have stopped trying. They issue patents and let the courts do the work. Pull the court costs back out of USPTO's budget! Second: The courts need to simplify jury selection. The lawyers cull all those with brains from the jury. The bigger the case, the dumber the jury. That is how O.J. is free and everything else is expensive.

    It may work for trivial problems, or you may like Visual Basic so plug-ins help you to make code. The visual tools let you skip errors on UI. But the real code, the 'what does it do to make me money' code. That is what you need real good programmers for.
