If memory serves correctly he said he was going through a bad patch at the time and this was a reflection of his mood - He hinted towards regretting it afterwards.
As regards sources I can't remember - I may have come across it in an interview or perhaps the Salmon of Doubt
Oh and another thing - when I first started college, I bought a single Sony double-density 3.5 floppy disk. That's 12 years ago and it still works. Yes, yes, I know, floppies are obsolete... but really, I bought a box of 3.5s (figuring they'd be a lifetime supply) and I'm lucky if I get a dozen rewrites out of them. That original floppy has been overwritten literally thousands of times. What gives with that?
Try putting something like a report or presentation on the disk due tomorrow morning.
Check the disk - It'll be perfect
Delete the copy on the hard disk so the only copy in existance is on that floppy
Recheck the disk - Error accessing Drive - Track 0 Error?
I think I remember something about in the past, way way in the past, when Japanese (I think) women weren't really allowed to talk/natter/gossip, they used to communicate with each other via flower arrangements.
Different flower have a number of different meanings, so a flower on its own probably didn't have much meaning (bar probably a single red rose -> love) but in an arrangement, their juxtaposition in relation to the other flowers and their meanings could allow those who knew the secrets to pass on messages.
I think it simply was a way passing messages back and forth between lovers who weren't supposed/allowed to talk to/acknowledge each other
Let me be the first to coin it
fa2fap - flower arrangement to flower arrangement protocol.
I had a good look at this before, and mplayer was the solution I ended up using - pulled it down off their website www.mplayerhq.hu (I think) and installed it with the quicktime, realplayer & windows codecs. ffmpegs libavcodecs and associated it with all video and sound files.
Now click on ANY sound/video file, and hey presto, every time - it works. Brilliantly. Every time.
That's the kind of service and reliability we get from Linux that I love.
If it makes any difference to your argument, that Ericsson phone was never made - it was a concept phone for the film only - a pity really - I looked for it for ages!!!

No, what you want is for the machine to do a reverse dns lookup and set the hostname accordingly
No point in manually doing what can be scripted

That's why I read the article - I thought the lads were bringing out a "special" film :-)

Linux users, where floppy rescue disks are still the norm.

Surely all you have to do is get your new kernel to respond to any request as to its trustworthiness with a resounding affirmative?
If they do release a GPL kernel we'll have the source code to implement the trustworthiness request and reponse with a 1/true straight.
My 2 cents
In the cert advisory, The Microsoft Corporation are quoted "Those who upgrade to Windows XP Service Pack One should be unaffected by this exploit"
