The person who would be less motivated to raise a child for these reasons is a heartless individual who should not be raising any children.

Where the more personal weblogs are concerned, some of us are more interested in the daily lives of real people, than we are in fictional characters created by a professional author.
For people who enjoy reading weblogs, it isn't a lack of discrimination, but merely a preference.
Mine costs about $30 a month. It comes with 10 MySQL databases, 10 domain pointers, PHP supported, Zend optimization, ect. Outages are rare. Tech support is the best I've experienced, so far.
