Democracy is very inefficient, and thats the idea. In a dictatorship, you can get very good efficiency, but the cost is too great. For gov't, I would very much choose a form of democracy, most likely how the US gov't is basically structured, republic. For everything else, a single person/small team should be used to direct everything. Thats why small businesses do so well, efficiency is very high.
Hell.... we all (should) know that realtek sucks balls. I got a wifi card with the realtek 8180 chipset (i think) and its crap. Hell linksys is already starting to put that chipset in their usb wifi cards. (reason for the recent price decrease) I haved used the linksys usb wifi with the atheros and realtek chipset and the atheros completely out performs the realtek. Realtek is shit up and down the board. What you pay is what you get.
You might see them as slight liberal slant, but I see them as being heavily liberal. Now its all about your perspective. Most of the media (news stations, newspapers, etc) that I am surrounded with, in my opinion, have a little more than just a _slight_ liberal slant, but I still read them. I also listen and watch many conservative radio and news stations, mainly fox news and rush..... mainly. I like to watch/listen to them because they make me think.
Fox News says they are fair and balanced, maybe not 100% true but at least they don't try to cover up that they put more of a conservative slant on their stores. You see them as they are. Its because of that, I believe, that they are more balanced than the other news stations.
A good friend of mine told me this quote and its very interesting.
The best of us argue about ideas. Most of us argue about things. The worst of us argue about people.

Might seem random, but who knows. Just my two cents.
Well if you were like me, alot of stuff you touch will break but thats part of the learning curve. Now I have learned what to do and what not to do, and now alot of my friends and parents consider me very good when it comes to computers. Just get a extra comp to screw around with and you'll do fine.
