^ thats actually a very interesting story... it was the vietnam war and a plane accidenatly dropped it ordanence because someone on the ground forgot to lock it on. The bombs went through the deck and exsploded.... The pilot made it out and ran and then the damage control crew went in to fight the fire only to have the bombs that where left on the plane overheat and explode taking out the damage control team.... after a while, and severe damage to the ship from both bomb, rocket, and secondary explosions they managed to fight the fire.
And the pilot who got away, only the world luckiest SOB alive having survivied this AND being shot down and captured by the Vietcong
hmmm I wonder.... does this liquidcooled system have anything in common with THIS
if so acourding to this it is a pump, thus proving you wrong.... something tells me based on how old the article is it most likely is this watercooling setup.
Ahhh but if you remeber sony diskman and walkmen where frigging expensive too when they both came out... a diskman was like 200 bucks and is shit compaired to the 30 dollar ones you can buy now. I know my family didnt own one till they where around 145. And then it was one for the entire family (which btw still is working even after 15 years)
Likewise it was the people around town that ended up calling tape decks walkmen, it was the media, which is ALSO calling MP3 players iPods.
Actually (even though apparently Im on the Apple Fanboy List wooo hooo) I was going to say the same thing. Its a mp3, you can listen to it on any device not just a iPod... is it a sign of the iPods cultural dominance when saying listening to it on your iPod has the same significance to some people as listening to it on your walkman..... Walkman is a Sony thing, but we dont say cassette player, we say walkman.
no what it is, is all Rev A could have the problem, but a good portion of the Rev A's actually have the chip they used in the Rev B (like my two Rev a's) Theres actually a hard to find line between Rev A and B, the only true way to call it a Rev B is it has a HD bracket, the updated chip, AND has a redesigned heatsink. There is a good amount of Rev A's that have on or another but are still Rev A's.
Its weird, the easiest way to figure it out is to go to XLR8youmac, and view the file that shows you the chipset number of the updated chip, then compaire it to your G3. I ended up buying a IDE 133 board only to find out my dad didnt need it
ahhh but bundling up cables and actually designing the cable to be hidden are two different things.... even on the original B/W G3 you couldnt find a IDE cable anywhere, they ran under the motherboard and the case frame except in one spot where it was above
its actually not hard to put cathode tubes in the front, They had a MacAddict where they did it with i think blue ones.... looks very cool when seen from the outside becausee of the "cheese grater" look
they dont, they are only good within feet of your stereo and even then usually a effected by things like thunderstorms and such. Also if you live near a major city (like I do, NYC) odds are every single station is taken so you cant get a clear signal even if you tired
see I dont know about this one cause I loaded iTunes onto a pretty dirt slow machine (a Compaq 5060) Running XP barely and it ran pretty good, the visuizer sucks but other than that it ran almost as fast as my iBook.... and this was on a 400 mhz AMD k-6 (I might be wrong on the speed but it was around 400, might have been 425)
yeah I hacked my transmitter to run off a tapedeck BECAUSE it sucked ass. This is a great idea, while it may be cheaper to buy a Linksys if you need eithernet and 802.11g, if your all wireless, this is the way to go!
But your right it was the missles than the bombs, not the other way around
And the pilot who got away, only the world luckiest SOB alive having survivied this AND being shot down and captured by the Vietcong
ummmm it doesnt ship till July.... guess you missed that part

Either that or based on your AMD slam, you work for Intel
why cut out the apple, you can buy a whole clear side to the G5 at macskins

Only Rev a models have the problem, and even then only a portion of the Rev A. My two rev a's haven't had a problem yet.
thats because they are underpriced for the ed market... you could get one for 1200 if your a student,

At least we run a OS where both a comp sci major and a novice would feel at home

i know i wrote this before RTFA I have since been touting those features eveyrwhere else
Your reaching for straws here, the Airport Express is the better product in this regard, Im sorry.
andf I say again still no USB print share support either.
You broke your fair use contract using Hymn... I guess you missed that in your contract you signed downloading 4.5.
Sorry dude I think Apple has been very fair with fair use, especially when the RIAA would rather you have none of the rights you have now.
yes, but does it do wireless USB print sharing...
i guess... in my mind who cares the load time when your counting it in seconds.... I realize on windows resources are a bigger deal.
I figured that but last i had heard there wasnt, but then im not really paying attention to the PC side
