Yes, the XBox has limited HD space. But the way it's used should be up to users. I'd rather have my AI patched to a working state rather than downloading 15 different color bathing suits for DOA.
I think offering a patch to users on Live is a good idea. Although, there does still need to be options for users who aren't online or don't want to fill their HD's.

I have Live and I have been impressed with it since the first time I played. Lower lag than any other online gaming service I've used. Setup is easy.
The only problem I've had with it so far is a bug with Ghost Recon. It has a difficult time finding available games. Although, Ubisoft has stated they are aware and are looking into a solution.
