That makes sense. So unless my box allows for a wired connection to the PC I need to make sure the IR sensor / sender can see eachother and I am good to go.
I have read up on MythTv and I'm not sure it can do what I want it to do. My understanding of MythTv is it does not work with cable and / or satellite? Is this true? It is pretty much useless to me if I can not record the shows I get through my digital cable.
but why would I want my car to be wireless enabled. It's scary to even begin to think about the hacking potential. I would have to be very convinced that the wireless system was completely seperate from the essential elements required to operate the vehicle safely before I even considered using this.
In addition to this issue, there is enormous potential for abuse if just anybody is allowed to report this kind of information.
I was talking to a friend about this video and he had an interesting theory. What is Epic really? The quality of the video lead him to believe it was a marketing ploy.
I personally think that 2014 is too long of a projection. With things moving at the speed they are today I would not be suprised to see this come to pass in the next 5 years.
Sadly, the poster has a good point. There is a small group of students that would be interested in the topics of math and science. However, I think these students would appreciate your help the much and you would get the most rewarding experience by working with them.
Try getting in contact with the AP teachers for Physics, Calculus, and Chemistry. If they are anything like my teachers in this subject they will have tons of ideas on events you can sponsor, or ways you can help out at the school.
Never written one for malicious pruposes before. Thought about it a lot of course - in the same way people fantasize about robbing a bank or hitting the lottery.
