    First off, tesla will be recycling their batteries. In fact, giga-factory was developed for that. Secondly, NASA is not the problem. Congress, more specifically the neo-cons, are. As such, once spacex and BO are competing with reusable engines, the GOP can go pound sand or each other.

    Oco2 is showing which geographic regions co2 is coming from and to what levels. It can tell what is creating it, but it does show where the real issues are.

    Oco2 shows that china's emissions are far greater than others and it is the fact that their economy is slowing way down, that has slowed this.

    They continue to fix markets and issues.
    Space launch in the developed world, had pretty much stalled with similar prices.
    SpaceX had to fight Boeing, L-Mart, OSC, ULA, and Blue Origin who all tried to block SpaceX at every turn.
    Now, SpaceX is not just forcing launch prices down, but will shortly create a new massive market for sats since theirs will be so cheap to purchase.
    And here, they are fighting against the games that the big telcos will play.

    No other person is shaking up the world markets the way that Musk is doing it.

    Seriously, I would rather see them sue the stores that continue to be cracked because they are running windows and outsourcing. Target; Home Depot; etc.
    If class actions were taken against these companies, then quickly, companies would spend the money and secure themselves. So would companies like these car makers.
