Next you will say that he did not levy war, BECAUSE:
The assembling of a body of men for the purpose of effecting by force a treasonable object; and all who perform any part however minute, or however remote from the scene of action, and who are leagued in the general conspiracy, are considered as engaged in levying war, within the meaning of the constitution.
BUT, Wikileaks is ran by an Australian and others, combined with Russia, who DO want to see America's downfall. That is war. Putin, like CHinese leaders, is in a cold war with the west, but esp. America. Turning over secrets to these nations IS treason.

Tesla is obviously scaring ALL major car makers. Problem is, they do not know what to do. Tesla is so far ahead of them that they are panicking and trying to get the govs to intervene. For example, German gov has stopped subsidies to Tesla owners. Likewise, in America, red states have done their utmost to stop showrooms, services centers, customer subsidies, etc. California is looking to stop customer subsidy for tesla only.
Then you have MASSIVE subsidies to the car companies DIRECTLY. Right now, it is the German gov that is funding all of their new battery plants. Likewise, Japan is funding Chademo and H2 production installs.

China was willing to change their taxation to get Tesla to bring production there.

Yeah, everybody can see the writing on the wall now. And companies and gov are getting VERY nervous., I suspect that in 2 more years, that Japanese, S. Korean, German, Italian, and American car makers will be screaming for massive gov bailouts. And the GOP will give them again.

Actually, it is hard to stop and/or locate treason of this nature. That is why we USED to make it a big deal to vet everybody. BUT reagan and Clinton moved vetting away from FBI over to private companies who are total jokes. We really need to move vetting back to FBI and increase our efforts on security. We are losing to China and Russia in a HUGE way.

OTOH, the investigation of the NY FBI is still ongoing. It looks likely that charges will be brought up against those GOP FBI agents.

As to these private landers, the best thing that can happen is for NASA to put several on the moon and then have them repeat the feat on Mars.

Finally, if Trump/GOP really want to help new space, they would quit arguing over ISS and simply do 2 private space habitats by attaching to ISS and then having NASA vet them before casting off. In addition, how about spinning off the American lab to the private space station? Once that is going, we can upgrade in the future. Perhaps buy a new larger module to add to the private space station, with loads of new science set-p.

Syria was using them and O was going to invaded. Russia intervened and PROMISED to help Syria give up all known chem weapons site. They gave close to 12. Then ISIS took over and it turned out that Syria had another 5 sites producing chem AND bio. Who told us? Russia. Not Syria.
Basically, Russia lied about Syria's production of bio-chem.

Then we have CHina. they claim only 700 nuclear warheads. However, when they were hit with a massive earthquake, which exposed not only a massive tunnel network, but some 500+ workers in nuclear bunny suits came pouring out from a site. It is thought that the site was not R&D, but instead warhead manufacturing.
