Unfortunately, people who dislike the system will be forced to use it, since it will be the only way to get e-mail through if this catches on.
1. The laws of physics need not apply. This can make for some rather funny situations (granted, hollywood special effects are catching up here)
2. It is easy(cheap) to create fantastic settings.
3. It is possible to create some amazing costumes.
4. The director has more "control" over everything, making it easier to create a certain "feel".

The average user's computer takes more than a minute to boot up. People who read slashdot may be able to keep their systems lean and mean, but the typical non-techie user has so much cruft built up on their system that it can take several minutes to fully start.

What's to stop them from making the next version of IE have a built-in MSN searchbar?
I give it high marks for style, but the rest wasn't exactly stellar. Then again, sometimes style is all you need :)
