You mean people like movies like Spider-man, Batman, Superman, X-Men, Sin City, Hulk, Men In Black, The Crow, Punisher, Daredevil, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Daredevil, Blade, Elektra, Hellboy, Ghostworld, American Splendor, Flash Gordon, The Phantom, From Hell, The Mask, Spawn, Tank Girl...
not to mention Akira et. al.
I have interviewed plenty of people. Could not care less what format their resume was, as long as it was reasonably spaced and readable.
Would actually prefer to read them on paper anyway, if it is someone I am going to have to work with.
In fact, if someone had used something 'different' to write one, and mentioned it, likely to look more favorably upon them for lateral thinking.
People are saying that recruiters use computer programs to scan resumes? Wouldn't want to be paying them much money, that is for sure.
That's interesting
so if you have one of those zappers, you could go around a crowded place, making everyone's ids not work?
Imagine someone with one of those in a long airport or bank queue then?
If it is who you work for though.
This has happened to bookmakers etc. all around the world, whether England, Australia, Austria, etc. (large publicly listed companies included)
Here's a question - when China filters the internet, do they just pick countries, or sites, or what?
If there is a Slovenian version of something from the US that they don't like, do they have translators for everywhere, and stop them all?
Yep (currently looking at LP stack of boxes)
and walls full of books
All digital be nice though on moving days!
Even more interestingly on that point, how long will the digital stuff keep for? Although vinyl problematic if you can't get record players any more when your last one finally fails.
Have some 20-30 year old LPs and tapes that work fine, will the CDs and DVDs at that age?
one grumpy arts student it seems? See below reply.
Maldives? :)

Seem to remember a lot of complaining by republicans about democrat unfunded mandates vis a vis Bill the inhaler.
What a shock to see hypocrisy from politicians?
good time for V for Vendetta movie then
-- Having worked around script writers, though, I understand why this is: most of them are fools. or arts students, at least

of course, the original Mad Max here was rated R, so you had to be 18 to see it at the time, think there was an edited one for the USA?
In a blackout, it can be far easier to find your lightsaber, than the torch (and yes, I have done this). So get one for your next power failure!
If it was rated for kids, then as I kid, I certainly didn't want to see it, in general (and wouldn't pay to do so)

yes, was just mentioning that to the spousal unit the other day excellent album though!
RIAAstoleMyMoney.com Get a bunch of stories put up there like this, see what happens.
1000 songs is not a lot though? 100 albums at 10 songs an album?
which brings up the question how many years in an iso-cube would Dredd give the RIAA honchos?
as in this sense of 'illegal'? Fred could not buy product to save the life of his father because it was illegal.

can't remember the 2 letter abbreviation for either Moldova or Turks & Caicos for the life of me!
Yep. Never been to Kansas City or St Louis for examples, have you? :)
when you are the City of Churches, it is about 100% guaranteed to have more weird serial killers et. al. isn't it?
but them there hills just way out in one corner, not like Sydney, or Melbourne, etc.... :-)
rest is, well..
flat!
yes, surely all Slashdot readers are educated enough to recognise the biggest cities in the countries around the world? :)
actually, it is very flat, oh topographically challenged one
