    Notice what *all three* have in common- selfishness.

    Which is also the real reason behind water fluoridation. Cut back on that surplus population so you can grab more stuff.

    Reproduce as normal would be to have 10 kids per family. That was the norm before fluoridation, anyway.

    Depending on if you are a malthusian eugenicist or a normal person, this is either a blessing or a curse. Fluoride is basically non-consensual male birth control.

    Correct, except for one thing. I'm pretty sure that Islam is already in the nuclear club, if not as an official member, then certainly as a we-sent-our-kids-to-first-world-nations-to-learn-high-school-physics member.

    I agree on everything other than Peer Review. Peer Review can, and does, create bubbles of confirmation bias in which we see things like "Gender Studies" arise, in which nobody who is not first deemed a "Peer" is allowed to give evidence.

    Adversarial Review is just as important to science as Peer Review for this reason.

    No they don't. Sometimes, the post-Truth is resilient enough to totally destroy the civilization- and it can be hundreds, sometimes thousands, of years before another civilization arises to take its place.

    I was agreeing with the original post- it is possible to turn lead into gold- but adding the commentary that transgender people take the gold they were given in their natural gender, and on purpose turn it into lead- and badly disguised lead at that.

    And yes- in the long run, your worth is based on what your grandchildren do, not what you do.

    It's far easier to turn gold into lead, which oddly enough, circles back to the original topic of transgender, since such sexually confused people who believe that gender is only mental, are worth about as much as lead in comparison to gold when it comes to the propagation of a heteronormative species.

    On the "there is no difference between the Kremlin and the New York Stock Exchange" scale, I certainly see a lot of socialism in the way Obama gave insurance companies a lot of captive business in 2014.

    If China did nothing, there's not much the rest of the world CAN do, other than adapt. In fact, I remain unconvinced that there is anything we can do to stop climate change from happening now.

    In Oregon when I was growing up we never saw 90F before the end of July. Now we're seeing it in May. I'm thinking about looking into frost tolerant avocados, lemons, and banana...
