    If MS came into my store which sells counterfeit MS games/systems and started trashing my property without a court order/warrant which is executed by authorities they'd be committing trespassing, vandalism, break and enter, etc....

    as people I know started to sign up and use social sites more and more I stared getting less and less calls from them. Now I only get calls from a few of them. Don't get me wrong its not a bad thing as it lets me know who my real friends are.

    I stopped using Google free services once they required my cell number to post videos to my very popular youtube channel. So I removed all the videos and deleted the channel http://www.youtube.com/altgro I'm still stuck using search but I can live with that for now.

    You forgot to mention the MS predatory business tactics. MS is to the rest of the world like all of the other tables are to the iPod (I'm an Apple hater). Seems to me all they do is sit there wait for the next big thing and try to copy it, 99% of the time it fails so then they go in a invest into said company/business as they can't compete.

    I was working at an ISP at the time and fuck did I have a lot of support calls from people who tried the free dialup and all it did was fuck their computers right up. Got to love the customer blaming you for dial up not working while their computer is infested with free internet software.

    while its still fresh. Imagine the look on GEMA's face when all videos from Germany are blocked or better yet deleted. The applause Google would get from the rest of the world would overshadow what they would lose from cutting Germany off.

    If they don't want to do that then at least

    • put all video from German IP's into a que while they look them over sloooowly for infringement
    • Disable all sound on videos uploaded from Germany with a voice over saying Thanks for GEMA all audio has been disabled ev en on your own personal family videos.
