I remember a classic episode of The Screen Savers in which Mitnick and Woz were hosting the show. One part Mitnick interviews Lamo...and he asked rather simple questions like "Now I use to hacker b/c I was curious why do you do it?"
All of Lamo's responses were rather "crackhead" like...I'm not trying to knock the guy, but it didn't really seem he had an answer for why he hacks...not because he's curious or because he's trying to help companies...he just kept saying that he considered himself "at the right place at the right time".
I hear you...I don't normally buy CDs and now I see no reason to.
RIAA wants to play hardball, fine...a new personal goal will be to download another 2000 songs...
what you sued another child...fine, another 2000 songs...
sue another music lover...opps you lost revenue for another 2000 songs...

Dispite the fact I'm a proud Canadian, I as well believe those that smoke marijuana on a regular basis display a correlation to a stuggling lifestyle.
With that said, the comment in the parent post about brain damage due to alcohol consumption has me a little worried...
