The Sony Ericsson P900 like other costly Sony Ericsson phones doesn't support the Memory Stick but a variant called the Memory Stick Duo. So much for convenience and every single Sony device supporting the Memory Stick
"... a call center worker in India makes more money than a doctor does..."

"Healthcare is cheaper in India because of India's weird patent laws and not because this an ultra-cheap heaven on earth.

Check an interesting discussion on offshoring. Read the the comments after the article and the first comment. Things are not as cheap as they made out to be. There is no space between 'o' and 'u.'

No, the picture isn't that rosy for fresh graduates. I graduated last year and most of my classmates are still without software engineering jobs.
The picture OTOH is rosy for call-centre/tech-support jobs. If you can speak English you are hired into the Eastern Standard Tribe. The Eastern Standard Tribe works at night(India time) to be in sync with your EST.
The hiring scene for call centres is so rosy that now domestic call centres employ Hindi speaking operators for credit-card enquiries and related stuff.
IPv6 isn't a forthcoming standard as the review would have you believe.
I have the 1996 edition of a book by Christan Huitema, a former chairperson of the IAB, detailing the IPv6.
Anyhow, the review seems useful...
Forget about TCPA for a second.
I bought a decent voice-recorder for CAD 150 a few days ago.
It can capture output from my PC speakers reasonably well.
Let the RIAA go broke paying for MS's Palladium, v can still get our music if aren't too finicky.
I know 3D effects r cool but let us await voice-recorders which can better capture sound.
I think the demand for voice-recorders is high enough for someone to bring out recorders with capabilities comparable to studio-equipment.
I find it strange that the
XOR trick isn't well known.
I think it is mentioned in the edition of a text authored by Barry Brey published by Prentice Hall in 2002.
I am sure that it can be found in a text which has C. L. Liu as an author. coincidentally the copy I have is nearly 8 yrs old.

I think the fed should levy custom duty on software from India
May not be true. Read the discussion from the second comment onwards at : http://gigaom.com/archives/2004/04/dark_side_of_ou tsourcing.html

Is Spectralwidth the same as Bandwidth? Seems to be so from your definition of bandwidth but many salespeople would have me believe otherwise.
Pagers I've had don't work in basements either.
How do cellphone companies try/plan to get signals inside basements?

Alltheweb.com had a service which searched news sources in near real-time months before google.
