    We have metallic radiant shielding on our roof decking. We have not noticed any Wi-Fi signal variance since replacing our roof, which included the addition of the radiant shielding.

    Um, the original Airport card plugs into a special slot under the keyboard of a PowerBook G3/400 Pismo. It does not take up the one and only PCMCIA slot in that computer. Also, it seems to work just fine under MacOS X. Maybe you meant another PowerBook G3? Wallstreet, perhaps? g

    I love it because it's free, and mostly replaces Microsoft Office. I hate it, because v1.0.x cannot open Microsoft Office password protected files even if you know the correct password, so you need to make sure you unprotect all your Excel files using Microsoft Office before you switch over to using OpenOffice. g

    I bought a Son of a Gun Hairdryer 24 years ago. It's still running strong. The best $10 I ever spent. Now if I could get my LCD screen to last more than 1 day beyond its warranty period, I'll be happy! ;-) g
