David Wheeler has written some of the most fact-rich, fluff-free articles on OSS/FS. They're not actual presentations, but I can't think of a better source of material to make one.
Microsoft issued a note explaining the situation in its terms. It was published here.
Here is a q&d translation:

The current Brazilian government's love for Free Software gave us a nice surprise this year by providing a nice Java app with which we can declare our anual taxes on several platforms. Until last year we had to chose between using a Windows app or using paper forms. Gee, I just realized that the Receita Federal site (our IRS equivalent) is made on plone. How nice!
I've heard very good things about txt2tags but I haven't used it myself.
It's used to generate the pages of Dicas-L which hosts a famous Brazilian mailing list which sends daily computer related tips.
Following the link http://www.google.com/ I was redirected to the Google Brasil page at http://www.google.com.br/ which shows a standard Google logo with the name "Brasil" just below the letters "le". In that page there's a link to the "Google.com in English" page in which I was able to see the airplane in the logo.
I guess they don't want to annoy us Brazilians today.:-)
I have a vivid memory of having visited a famous monument with my uncle when I was about two years old. However, I also had a photograph portraing my uncle and myself during that visit so that although I feel my memory of the event is real I'm more inclined to think that it was made up some years later when my mother told me about it while showing me the photograph.
So, I think you can't really be sure about what is your earliest memory.

The book The Practice of System and Network Administration has a few excelent chapters covering everything you need to think about when planning a data center. It's a great book.

I like Mailinator. It's cool and has a FAQ that's one of the funniest things I've read lately.
