dunno those old p4 systems would run pretty friggen hot and not seem to be botherd by it. my old c610 dell will cook your balls and not even kick the fan on. it has to get relly hot before you even hear the fan kick on.
all laptops like to overheat these days heh. i face a fan on mine to keep the case cool.works better then even a chill pad. seems keeping the top keybord area cold is just as inportant as the bottom.
power mangment is always a issue. computing is moving away from the massiv desktops to laptops netbook tablets phones and who knoes what next but the point is they all run on batterys. and 18% drop in battery time is big.

i checked my roughter and its ipv6 ready and its a few years old however my isp does still hand out ipv4 addys. its just ipv6 will be used for new thing wile ipv4 will say where it is on old stuff and for everyone to play nice we will need to use hacks.
the conversion from vhs to dvd was due to the slew of new features and the higher qualty without the need to change your entire setup. blue ray only offers slightly better picture if any on older hardware. you need to replace your tv most people are still using converted sd tv systems or pre hdmi hdtvs. the ecnomy is in a death sprial so if its not broke people are not replacing it. lets not forget the drm as well nobody likes. so relly the only blueray sales are ps3 systems and many people dont buy any blueray movies. oh and dont forget they cost more then a dvd both the movies and players. dvd on the other hand became very cheap very fast and was quickly the cost of a standerd vhs cheaper in some cases.
oh i agree. these companys keep flodding are setors with all this new tec but dont stop to think how are people going to pay for this when we just fired a half million people and gave there jobs to china. yet they keep doing this then go on and on makeing excuses for why the usa is going head first into a depression.

the only reasion employers are demanding a higher educated workforce is becouse they can. due to the friggin depression. everyone needs jobs that are not there and whont be there untill we fix some major issues hear. so they can demand insane regs for the jobs. unlike when most people had jobs and they would hire anyone willing to work.
conserding the checkpoints are also braking the law your not ading them to brake any law. the dui law was broken thew second they started driving. if they relly whanted to stop dui they wouldent ticket farm they would remove there liance etc. then if they are cought driving at all its a mutch harsher sentence. and nobody whants to lose there liance being you cant do shit without one.
