That's what TigerLaunch under OS X is for. Great little free application, that.
I have to admit that I like the modern Start button/bar better than the old button/bar. The modern form finally hides unused items behind a double-down arrow. This is good for speed, but I wouldn't design an interface that hides things from the users. I'd rather write a system that doesn't allow things like text files and minor utilities under the start menu. I don't need WinRAR's console manual or help file under the WinRAR menu. I just need WinRAR. Same goes for un-installers. They need to make this part easier on the user, instead of just hiding elements.
I think this law may violate HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) because it circumvents HIPAA's requirement for 'Reasonable measures' to be taken in regards to securing PHI (Primary Health Information) against third parties.
I used one just the other day in a local coffee shop. They aren't as bendy as paper is, but they fit the bill, so to speak. I got mine from a USPS stamp machine. In fact, those machines seem to be the sole source of Saccies. (If the Canadians can have 'Loonies', I can have a Saccie.)
And what is practical about this? You'd be better served with thermal switches inside the box. This ExtremePC rubbish must stop! I actually saw HYDRAULIC controls on a PC the other day in that damnable magazine. Computers aren't cars!
You didn't read very carefully, did you? BSD is dying posts obviously fall under the 'moderated out' category of posts. In high traffic, it would be difficult, however.

I wonder which law will win out?
...But only because it makes a lobbying interest (the phone companies) money!
but I consider PostgreSQL and Oracle to be real databases (and obviously more advanced)
I mean, seriously. MySQL just isn't that good with stored procedures. What's the point of going from more capable to less capable database?
Except bluetooth headsets already exist, and there is already a standard way of interfacing them. So what's *your* point?
...is 'pirate' not 'time-shift'.
Then you are truly inferior, sir.
Through what?

They just need ambient light sensors like on TVs for the neon kick-on point. Come on people, I can't think of everything for you!

Three words: Inspector Gadget Two.
French stewart as IG? Egads, why! (oh yeah, it's Disney)

Perhaps a Sitar? A "simitar" [sic] is a sword, last I checked.
Yeah, that ` isn't useful with, say, the CMD key now is it? (CMD-` swaps windows within an applicaton.)
