Apple doesn't sell upgrade disks, never since OS X has been on release. It isn't like the other licenses are locked to the hardware either. I can take my newly purchased Snow Leopard disk and install it on any machine I wanted that was Intel Inside (TM). What I couldn't do is install the original system disks on another machine unless they are the same type. A system disk for a MacBook won't work for a MacPro for example, but every Mac comes with OS X and always has.
Disney's attitude toward digital media has changed a lot for the better since Eisner fucked off out and Steve Jobs became Disneys biggest shareholder after the pixar purchase.;-)
What if in my case I'm about to remove the optical drive from my laptop and replace it with another HD. If I setup the laptop so the SSD is the boot drive and the HD is the secondary, would I put my aperture library on the SSD or the HD?
As far as I know, only Newcastle Underground has the ability to allow mobile phone users to use their phones on the subway trains. I could be wrong though because the last I checked, the London Underground were interested in doing the same.
I think how I interpreted it is what he meant, its your opinion against mine unless you have something that backs up your point of view. Either way, I want to see the state of the phone market in the remaining time we have.
Remember back in the Aple Keynote in 2007? Jobs said, we're making a leap frog product that is going to be 5 years ahead of anything else. It's now been 2.5 years since he said that, and so far he hasn't had to eat crow for saying it. But I'm hopeful for the next 2.5 years to see if other companies can get their act together so that what Steve said was just marketing bullshit and not the sad truth.
Then literally hear this: My first iPhone kept wanting to shutdown, it behaved as though somebody had the home and sleep buttons pressed constantly. It would work for 5 minutes then ask if it wanted to shut down. I swiped 'no,' and 2 seconds later it would ask again. That phone lasted an hour in my possession and I returned it. Thats DOA right?
Key words in the post you responded to were 'USB storage device'. You do have a point, and I have that app, but Airsharing doesn't compare to just plugging the iphone/ipod touch into the USB port.
Apple Users agreed not to do it when they clicked 'Okay' on the EULA. So they don't have permission no.

Did you get marked down as a troll?
Facebook have turned a profit now right?
Because its too hard to just look yourself on Apple's website hey?
If I put the photos on the HD how do I benefit from the SSD then? I shall check out these forums you speak of as well later.
There is loads of stuff on itunes movies i want to see but i'm not paying £10.99 for it. I'd rather wait and rent but they already delay rentals.

What is the state of OS X in relation to TRIM? Anybody?
So true, don't know why you got modded down.
I honestly mean this when I say, well done.
Your post really hit home, thank you.
I'm not dead yet, i'm getting better!

That is why I bought another one instead ;).

FAIL.
Best reply ever.
Ah of course, now I can understand why my wireless hangs for longs periods at a time now.
What are you talking about, nobody has been flaming me.
Jobs wasn't around when Apple opened up their platform.
