People somehow fail to realize that the politions and the CEOs and everyone don't really make this country run. the public holds such athoritys higher than them selves, why? because they are the owners and the ones with the money. but what does that matter? if everyone who wasn't 'important' decided not to goto work today, or to quit paying taxes the country would be in shambles. great post man

I don't see how any one person can fully belive in anything untill there is proof. no proof of a creator, no proof of evolution and no proof of aliens. probably sooner or later there will be a government bill passed to ban anymore research in this area, because after all isn't it playing god? This is a great breakthrough hopefully they can fully map the chip genome to get some more facts to maybe get a better, factual idea of our origins.

Ya i have a 2100+ running at 2300mhz with 512mb pc3200 cl2.5 Ti200 wd400bb and i have the same problem. seemingly tons of video lag. i'll have 1-2 second pauses with door openings. dropped frames all over the place ect. i dunno, either it's def a beta or just a resource hog. i don't really ever get that great of frame rates either it's pretty much always skipping. i used to play EQ and it took them a REALLY long time to get it 'optomized' aka running how it should have before it was released. wich i think was over 2 years before they got it right. i even tried putting my CPU and memory back to stock frequency because some apps do run funny on my system when it's overclocked. but it made no changes, for the better or worse. i dunno the game has a lot of promise, it is sort of like tribes but the diference between it and tribes is that i like it. but as we all know sony's out for the $ and thats it. they know people will play it regardless, thats how they get away with releasing unfinished games and still bringin' in the capital.

I doubt this will happen for the obvious reasons already posted. Also with a portable device if something goes bad you can't really just simply swap it out, like a desktop. plus why would someone want to struggle with a tiny KB and display? portable is nice but is in no way geared towards total desktop replacement. granted some laptops are pretty nice but tablet PCs and stuff? maybe for people who just use a PC for a few specific apps...not me and not most people.

we're also somewhat acting like a terrorist state now. not that i'm against the attacks but critics would say that certainly. only because the state has elected to use military force without direct imediate threat. but it's something that has to be done, thankfully we don't have gore because who knows what would have happened.
