though it's got some rather questionable side-effects. I take it because most of the other medications such as Concerta (which is basically Ritalin), and Stratara simply don't work for me. I think that ADD/ADHD cases are really much more specific to the individual than most people realize. The medications are definitely something to look into though, because they can have a drastically positive effect. As for the "natural" options I've tried have had little, if any effect on me.
I've found that more than anything, ADD gets in the way of accomplishing anything. So I would definitely call it a hinderance.
