I've been using on board RAID controllers for years and have never had a problem with data loss or crap being written to my drives. A mirror solution is nothing major for a RAID controller to handle.
I would never trust windows to software raid anything important.

The facial recognition on myheritage.com is a complete joke. All it does, for the most part, is match skin tone and face angle in relation to the camera. I hope to god that whatever else out there being developed is a little better thought out, you know, something actually based on some sort of algorythm that wasn't designed by a third grader.
Toilet seats have very few bacteria as they are made of non-porous material. So trying to say they have 400 times the bacteria is not really that outrageous of an amount.
Storage should be stated in megaBYTES and gigaBYTES not bits. No one uses bits anymore, we've all upgraded to bytes. Then there was that half standard of nibbles, what the heck was that all about.
