I don't think this sudden trend of poor quality printers is down to manufacturing, it is proberbly because they are made to have short life-spans so that you need to go out and buy a new printer
Since when has anyone put SAGE in charge of terms to be used, this is insane. The term 'system administrator' could not just be replace. Not even M$ could pull that one off, the terms works because the administer over whatever you might also call them managers. Network Manager or something to that effect but just because your getting bord of the same old thing or need something to write about you don't need to start spouting out rubish about how you want to change the way everyone speaks.
Oh why not change the work light to cake, so from now on when everyone says cake they mean light and visa versa ok.....
Well if you lock down a Linux machine properly, lets say RH 8 for instance then as long as your running a firewall you are nice and safe. Even just running apache and PhP should creat much of a problem
Why would you want to look at sites with child porn on. I is a block list what else you need to know. Anyway if it was public info someone would connect to some proxy and surf it anyway so you might havewell keep it a secret:)
Yeah the USA is definitly going down hill. I personally wouldn't want to live there right now, it just is way too dangerous. I find this shocking but a more shocking store was one I read a few months back -

On this the US Gov decided to go around this guys house, brake the door down and interigate him about this! They held this guy as 'A suspected terrorist'

Has anyone seen the series 'Babylon 5' if they have they might remember a group of people that worked for the goverment that got paied to listen out for 'UnPatriotic' things and tell the boss. As you can imagine things didn't turn out well for this goverment.....Does this organization sound like some organization that the Current US administration has created.
Just to see what happens I have this to say -
I would love to see the US goverment overthrown and am happy to take part in any capasity other than being violent or having to lift a finger:p

-Fix Windows Server memory problems (More up time)
-Remove IIS domain controller intergration (Who really wants domain intergration anyway!)
-Rebuild IIS FTP from scratch and add-in some configability. (You can't even ban IP's with the current one!)
-Stop adding features and go back and make a perfect Windows 2K server
-Stop with the bugs and patches....and security holes -sigh-

I went to IRC and tried to ask some questions about buffer-overflows with code execution and they called me a hacker and banned me. This is just insane, if programmers don't discuss or uderstand the problems how can they fix them!
Most programmers are still stuck in the 1990's of security and don't intend to evolve let alone to update/fix any problems before they become issues

I think it already has, only we don't see it because of all the electronic systems (spy on us via Phone, computer etc)
