I advise you to read this excellent article by Bruce Schneier about IPsec: http://www.schneier.com/paper-ipsec.html

IPsec is often sold as one of the wonderful things coming with IPv6 (but also available with IPv4), but its complexity is likely to make the recent OpenSSL vulns appear as a little joke...

With such a high gain antenna (they talked about +30dB), you'd better keep your balls away from the radiations.

"Amazon's Mr. Curry said the Corbis lawsuit was "without merit with respect to Amazon" because the company isn't liable for copyright infringements by its merchant partners under the DMCA."

Looks like the DMCA is a swiss army knife...

    I also ticked on that...
Basically, it look like a Micro$oft sytle sponsored benchmark to demonstrate what they payed for...

That might be a good reason for the pilot to not use a cell phone or WiFi laptop in the cockpit, but as energy decreases with the square of distance, I don't think that the passenger's phones will do any harm to the electronics.

The biggest harm is definitly the fact cell phones in the air abuse the ground network which is not designed for that.
