Frozen wasteland? Check your geography! That frozen wasteland is called the Arctic, not Canada (and believe me, it's hot today!)
And besides, many great innovations and technologies come from Canada (we're just so poor that we have to sell it to the US to make *some* money out of it). Want a proof? Think of the Avro Arrow, one of the most advanced fighter planes of its times, the Space Arm used in the NASA shuttles, the telephone, the Netwinder:), etc...
And if this was flamebait, I was caught!:)
And if my reply looks like flamebait, don't get caught!
Remember also that Uncle Owen asks Luke to erase the droids' memory so they are ready to work. So if C3PO's memory got wiped off as often as it could have been during all those years, it's no wonder he doesn't remember Tatooine, Anakin and all that! (same for R2D2). Still doesn't explain why Obi-wan doesn't remember them, though...
You write from your own point of view. I ADORE John Williams' music, and I'd buy his CD even if it wasn't for a Star Wars movie, or a movie.
Who cares if the movie isn't out? It's damn good music, Williams is one of the best composers alive today. Heck, he redefined in the 70's what a soundtrack should be like!
Maybe the scanners (you know, radars work by rebounding waves off of an object) can detect those vibrations caused by sound, and thus keeping quiet will reduce the vibrations and make the ship look more like an inert object than something bustling with voices...
Of maybe I'm pushing things too far...

There are *six* WC games, not counting privateer

Six? WTH?
Ok, so I played WC I and II, a little of III. I heard about IV. There's WC Academy, Armada, and the newest, Prophecy (of which a demo is available).
Then there are Priv and Priv II.
So where are those WC 5 and 6? I'm looking through Origin's site, and there's no mention of them...
And what about his free-for-download? Or is that the demo...?

Right :) I hadn't seen TPM yet when I wrote this (maybe I should have stated it)...
