I dont see it as much different. The standard disposable camera makers reuse components just like they'd reuse these "disposable" digital camera. The only difference is that after you use the digital camera once, theres typically nothing to replace.
I know its as easy to use as Windows, but it even pains me to see my parents try to use Windows, and that's when they know what the programs are called and where they are. I can see it now... "What's Konquerer? Where's the internet? I want Outlook. What is XMMS? How'd i get to this DOS screen? etc..."

I'm not sure how many people would want to spend the time taking a class when they're on vacation. Personally i'd rather go out and see the sites. But it would be nice if some computers had memory card readers in them for me to upload my digital pictures to friends.
Well, there are rechargeable Alkalines, like the ones that came in my TI83 calculator, i wouldn't use em for anything needing high power tho. Haven't stress tested them against my NiMH's tho.
The best i've found is 1850mAh, has anyone found better? or a brand that works better than others? I'd also like to know if anyone has found a good source of 1.25V NiMH batteries.
On that same note, if you put em in the fridge (dont know how good the Freezer is) they'll maintain their charge longer. I know it works for alkalines, haven't tried it with rechargeables or for LithIon's.
The character might be copyrighted, but the use of the movie should not be. Disney created the character and have control over him. Just like Marvel has copyrights over spider-man and the x-men, (tho the respective creators should hold those rights, but that's a different issue alltogether) Marvel can do whatever they feel like.
But will it work in my MP3 CD Player?

It sounds good and all, but will it increase the audio capabilities of my cd player? maybe more than 80min (i haven't found a reliable source of 90 and 99min cds yet). Or will it work in my mp3 cdplayer, so that i can have 20 albums on a disc instead of 10. Maybe now i can fit a whole live Ozzfest Tour stop on a single disc, in decent quality.

Even directories themselves might get very long, if you are using them to file your concerts. You might include location, name of the venue, tour name, date, quality, or who it was recorded by. All that is real easy to fill up more than 255 chars. And hopefully then you dont include all that in your file name because it's easily more than 64chars. But tipically there isn't much need for such long filenames.
MS also seems to think they own your ass even if you dont run or buy their software. "Microsoft Tax" plus them pressuring computer stores that sell barebones systems without an OS. They've also tried to get lists of these users, probably so they can turn em in for "the betterment of computer software"
One major problem with not signing to a major label, is their connection to producers or high quality mixings, and the money these labels would be willing to spend on them. I dont know many artists that do not need a producer or need to be remixed that have made it big. I can think of a few small bands that did well on indie labels, signed to a bigger label and got their albums remixed, and the record went huge.
This is probably one of the few ways a record label can actually help their artists.

OOo is good enough for me, maybe i dont need all the advanced settings. But if i didn't i'd just learn to do em myself instead.

Doesn't M$ have a scribble board in the works? I think it's used more with a mouse, but a tablet or touchscreen would probably work just fine.
how do you enter a delete command? i guess you could press the backspace key, but wouldn't that be cheating? As if my typing werent bad enough now

Actually my 1Hr NiMH charger will charge NiCads, but i dont think it will at that speed. It's a RayoVac IIRC
Any good recommendations to fully discharge a NiMH battery? or something cheaply that can be made?

Even current closed source projects have problems. Look at WindowsME.
If i pirated my copy of Windows, am i stil bound be the POS EULA?
