    Theres an existing interesting Thread on Wireplay (Telstra's gaming network) about it all. And also a petition you can sign to protest against the move. Furthermore the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) is already investigating the matter.

    Uh what makes you think those stats are purely US players? Servers all over the planet use the Game Spy masters. Of course quite a large proportion of the players counted there will be from North America, but not all.

    I think the point here is that they licenses differ in who or what the freedom applies too. In this case the freedom appears to apply to the user for BSD while under GPL it is the code itself that has freedom.

    Is that 97% by population or by land area? Because here in Australia they claim high %90 coverage too, but of _population_ so you are still screwed any sort of distance away from a town.

    Ruthenium is a hard, white metal and has four crystal modifications. It does not tarnish at room temperatures, but oxidizes explosively.

    That sounds promising, you won't need to a thermite charge sitting above your hard drive when it might decide to melt of its own accord when its gets a little to warm. ;]
