The whole problem we have here is that the data keeps having to be fudged to try and keep Einstein in the catbird's seat. Simply stated the data isn't there. Special Relativity is a theory. It is a theory that now can be shown to have glaring flaws and gaping holes. I know this upsets some people but is simply is true.
Whenever someone dares question the Einstein religious nuts and their "universal facts", they get attacked and modded down. How about a little science for a change. I think it might be useful. The whole system that the Einstein bunch has constructed is coming apart in the face of more and more data that does not support it. The Neutreno's are missing, The energy is missing, the Matter is missing so we have to invent ever more funny things like dark matter and dark energy and.... to get this to work. We have to fill our universe with all sorts of objects that have never been observed and believe in them in order to keep this theory set working.
These guys ignore the EM force which is 10^39 times stronger than gravity. These guys ignore the plasma that fills space. These guys ignore the evidence that is all around us of the electrical universe. The mod down anybody who speaks up on slashdot. In university they destroy careers of those who speak up. These guys are religious zelots who destroy heritics.
Good Science would listen for a change. It would also follow the scientific method and throw out a theory set that is so flawed that it requires these exotic patches as does special relativity. To be fair here the guys have some fact and some reality and some data that is valuable. I don't throw out good things. It is just time for Special Relativity to be sent to the Phlogisten and Phrenology pile. It isn't right.
Is there any evidence from TFA that the Bush Administration ordered the NSA to do this?
How about the fact that Adm. Poindexter was appointed to do this? How about the Total Infromation Awareness Requests for Proposal under US DARPA, NSA, CIA etc? I read the proposals at the time.
Such evidence may appear in the future, but as of now, I don't think we can honestly assert that Bush ordered the NSA to monitor all domestic traffic.
The only shred of evidence to deny that Bush ordered this is the "Plausable Deniability" screen they constructed in the Whitehouse with Adm. Poindexter at the helm of the program. Honestly it was their highest priority. They had the Patriot Act full text written prior to 911. They had all of the RFP's out before 911! They were well on the way. To deny any of this is the height of ignorance. I know! I read the RFP's at the time! By the way, they were not secret! They may still be somewhere out there on the net.
I am pretty savy on computers and I had an event where my computer crashed due to the Antivirus guys at Symantic. Their software crashes your system and screws it up if you uninstall it without special tools. In any case I had a crash and needed my computer and my data saved and prompt recovery. My Microsoft OS was telling me I had to reinstall it and I would loose data. SO I WENT TO THE GEEK SQUAD local precinct as they call it. [HORRID MISTAKE!!!!]
The decided they had to rebuild the system. That in their mind ment F-disk and of course the loss of all data. Well I managed to threaten them into not doing F-Disk and did get them to save a backup of the drive. They wanted to wipe out logical partitions. They wanted to get rid of a linux partition. I had to fight them all the way. It took them 7 days to reload Windows 2000 pro with my disks. They lost my disks which were OEM disks. Then they found them after another trip back. It went on and on. The total cost of this expedition was nearly $400 for their little stupid operation. I could have bought a simple new machine cheaper. If this is the quality of Best Buy generally, I suggest they should go out of business! I will not even shop there anymore after this!
15 of Hijackers on 911 were here either illegally or had overstayed their visa's. Of those who had visa's 4 had obtained them fraudulently and the INS agents even questioned them about it on entry but did nothing because of the pressure of the Bush Administration to end border enforcement. If you continue, all of the hijackers came to the attention of the FBI. (That takes work folks!) The FBI! Imagine that! They did enough to have the feds looking into their affairs and they were guests in the USA! Wait a minute, had the USA a policy which is the law(!!!!!!!) to actually deport guests who abuse their visitation circumstances promptly at least 20 different times these guys would have been shipped out. We even had them under observation and knew where they were! If we had a system to check people in and out, we would have known they had over stayed. It just goes on and on. Don't for one minute discount the issue of the Illegal Aliens being a problem.
In 2005 the last year for which data is available, approximately 40% of all murders in the USA were committed by Illegal Aliens. This is the death of over 4000 US Citizens! Wake your head up form the rhetoric a minute and look and see if the facts are there! Frankly this situation with Illegal Aliens may have many issues involved but it definitely involved the 911 situation and it involves much more serious business.
M. Atta was arrested in Alabama the Sunday before 911 and released on a signature bond (Ticket) because the Shelby County, Alabama Sheriff's Department knew as an alien the INS would not take him in and the Sheriff was forbidden by the Feds to do it! He was Arrested in Jackson County Ms the day before same situation. In both cases M. Atta had NCIC outstanding warrant data for Broward County Florida to have him picked up. This is a case where the law was not enforced and it resulted only 2 days later in the 911 events. GET REAL. This isn't a theory or an opinion. The facts are that the Bush team is off the reservation.

I know this because I have read the Requests for Proposals from the various agencies involved. There can be only one logical conclusion of this effort. Where I live, if I call the Sheriff I may see an officer in 1 hour or so depending on the time of day. If I called about a real live Al Qaeda member to the US Border Patrol or ICE the call would never be responded to. There are only 65 ICE agents actually empowered to make arrests in the USA as a whole. Surely this tells the truth about the real intent here. It is pretty undeniable.
What is developing is obvious in another arena. George Bush has not issued a single Veto since he became president. This is because his treasure trove of info arrived at by this nefarious means that he couches as "Anti-Terrorist Efforts" actually is used as extortion against US Senators and Representatives who dare vote against his plans. This is why all measures always pass with at least a minimal margin no matter what. He doesn't care to eliminate the Congress as he controls it by this means.
My US Senator Jeff Sessions has come under serious pressure trying to destroy his career as a US Senator because he spoke up against the Immigration lies that were being spread. The cost he has paid has been very high. In an election he will face the Republican Party Machine trying to destroy his reputation and take away the money from contributors. Supposing you dare contribute a significant amount of money, you may find your business contracts with the government suspended if you have any. You may find your reputation destroyed by the data they developed in this mass spying effort. The senator himself will find every detail of his life made public to try to ruin him.
This is a direct threat to the very existence of a free people and a freely elected government. It makes the President of the United States of America and his team the chief terrorists in the world. In fact the "Physics" accepted generally is becoming unable to sustain itself in the face of evidence that it is just wrong. If fails in nearly every point to predict accurately and other models do predict accurately. There is a model which is the Plasma Universe model that works well. It predicts things like we are seeing very well. It says that Gravity is an insigificant force being outweighed by the EM force by 10^39. It even suggests that Gravity is no force at all but is merely a side product of the EM field. This model has predicted accurately every major new observation in the solar system in recent years. The Relativity and Gravity model has flunked the test of matching reality.

The level of oceans has to do with electrostatic charges associated with cosmic physics and the makeup of the earth. This is related to why comets break up in deep space too far from the sun to have been so. It also makes the earth expand radiacally. By the evidence from NOAA the earth has expanded by 55% gaining mass from the energy of this process creating matter within the earth in the period in which the oceans came into being. When you realize that the ocean and the earth were made insitu and the process is on going at this time, you will tend to view the results of any report quite differently. I know this will upset a lot of people a whole lot. Just about every apple cart in town is going to get tilted over by this stuff. Wake up. The parent post to this one is somewhat on target. There are numerous reasons for the ozone hole.
The most specific reason for the ozone hole was cold. It takes a temperature of -205 Deg C to create the atmosphere conditions where ozone does not form in presence of sunlight. As a result the "Hole" was a cold spot. The conditions being suppressed in the cold spot, they reverted back with a vengance when the air hit warmer locations. Typically the southern habitable regions saw their Ozone levels rise by nearly double as the "Hole" formed. ( See the Total Ozone Measurment System TOMS site) To add to the nutty stuff over ozone holes, this never formed when any appreciable sunlight could fall in the affected area anyway and the hole always closed by the time appreciable sunlight appeared in the area.
The correspondence to the ozone hole and Mt Erebus volcanic activity was always 1:1. The existence of chlorine in the upper atmosphere was in that area about 99.9% natural in origin. The mountain pumped massive amounts of material into the atmosphere swamping anything man did.
The price paid for this nutty behavior by some "scientists" was very high. In the world as a whole it represented the replacement of very long lived very safe and very efficient CFC based refrigeration systems with ones which use toxic gasses and which are much shorter lived and less in energy efficiency. The resulting energy demand is in no small part the cause of the current pinch in energy supplies the world is experiencing at this time and was completely unnecessary. The whole process was generated by Dupont and the fact that their CFC patents were running out.
Basic Physics of the CFC's indicated why they were used and why they never caused this problem. The first most important reason for their selection was that they were inert and did not mix with air for any extended period. They separate from air like oil and water. CFC's by this means were safe to work with, and did not ruin machinery. They were heavier than air so they fell to the ground and penetrated into the ground rapidly. CFC-12 has the same mass ratio to air as a cannonball of solid steel has to a lake it is being shot into. Since lakes are unlikely to have cannon balls floating around on the top of them, it is just as likely for CFC's to migrate to the upper atmosphere and subsequently float around up there.

Where is the phone number a US Citizen can call to have an undesirable alien promptly dealt with? Don't give me the FBI number it has an answering machine. They don't do this. I would like to make clear that this effort had nothing to do with national security. What is more it has only one obvious conclusion for its objective. That I will let the readers figure out as they read what is the truth about what is going on. The programs involved were not simply limited to acquiring the phone numbers dialed and times of calls etc like portrayed. The data was collected under the direction of Admiral Poindexter who was removed but the contracts and work continued. The program was to provide Total Information Awareness.
The level of information mined includes 100% of all commercial database data that could be obtained. This was not necessarily limited to the amount of data "Legally" obtainable. It included software engines to recognize speach, pictures and to even identify where a picture was taken, when and what angles etc. It was not limited to metadata either. The engines would generate contextual metadata on their own. The intent was to be able to listen electronically to 100% of all world wide phone, fax and internet traffic with full understanding and full cross reference of data. The computer networks and engines to do this are very big and do exist. The US Government under this routinely intercepts a large amount of data and has search engine skill applied to the output.
My company would not bid on the contracts even though we would do some things because some of us in the company were not invertebrates. We could see that this had no purpose regards the military GWAT (Global War On Terror). It was a level of spying and information gathering that clearly had no innocent purpose.We had other contracts which were also out of Admiral Poindexters office.
It is clear that Al Qaeda etc had nothing to fear from such a system. Their hand carried and simple word swap encryption (Private Codes) work well against such an engine. Bojinka for example would have had no meaning until an arrest was made.
The value of data to coerse a Congressman or a citizen or to produce "faked up" arrest data would be endless. Rest assured that recording of your phone numbers and who you called is not even significant to this operation. The level of it is deeper and more complete information on every living person on the planet than has been collected by the secret police of any terroristic evil regieme in history. The level of data here is beyond the wildest dreams of the NAZI SS in their worst days. Do what you will with this information. You now know the level of the data collection. You know know a lot. What we are facing is a situation I described to my nephew one day regards girls. I told him to never do by the dark of night, that which he didn't expect to see on a webcam, because it probably is on a webcam! You have no privacy. The issue is what you do and how you react to it.

First if anyone wants to do the looking up or proving get with it. I am just going to shoot the stuff out there and let others have fun with it.
The "red shift" stuff that is gospel to the Special Relativity crowd argues that the shift in frequency of light is due to distance. Electro-optics says it is nothing but an optical effect and means nothing. (It's called doubling down etc....) It is routinely done as the electro optics guys stock and trade. Believe who you will the electro-optics industry does this routinely. The astronomical observations including the triangulated locations for objects in the universe (They have to be close to do this) show that red shift does not mean distance or velocity.

The Plasma Physics technology which is a stock and trade industrial science and is fully scaleable in math models makes clear that the cosmology explanations of the big bang and such are just silly. The most graphic example of this was the recent Stardust mission which was supposed to bring back comet ices etc and brought back pretty crystals. The predictions of the big bangers and the gravity universe model were just wrong. The electrical predictions were dead on. Of course somebody will accuse me of being troll. I am not. The issue of cold fusion is one which seems to get heckled a lot lately. It is as if "God" said it couldn't be done therefore anyone who bring it up is wrong. The reality is far from that. There has been a collision of scientific facts that is driving towards "cold fusion" no matter what the critics say.
(use Google if you want to argue and look up your own links etc) As early as the late 1700's excellent scientific data was coming in for a process that produced elements that were not there before. It was the 1930's before any of the possible processes wer e understood at all. Since then we have been learning a lot. In the late 1700's it was known that hens (female chickens for the geeks out there)produced an excess of calcium. In areas of England without calcium in the soil these birds produced lots of calcium. This was taken in the terms of the day as "transmutation". By the late 1970's the US Army studied the process and found it was very much real. The process exists in most living things here sodium is converted into magnesium and potassium into calcium. In the hens a lot of unanswered questions exist. Bean sprouts transmutate (Fusion for the geeks) Manganese into Iron. That is the very top of the fusion energy tree. It is the hardest reaction to do. Cold fusion exists and has been going on for a long time. In fact there is excellent evidence that human beings do not absorb calcium in their diet in any quantity but rather do fusion to do the job. Yes you do cold fusion internally. You don't know how but you do it.
For the geeks naturally this should give off a lot of energy and the energy is missing so something it taking up the energy. It turns out there are a lot of endothermic nuclear reactions as well. This all relates to Electron Voltage. This just means that fusion is by nature the top end of the Chemistry reactions. It would be entirely natural for it to be the end research of chemistry. Look it up for your self. The mitochondria of you cells do thermonuclear fusion routinely. There is a lot of evidence of such. It is doubtful that there is any living thing that doesn't do fusion. It probably is essential to life.
I am sure some idiot will moderate this post down to nothing because he believes in the nonsense handed out in the Physics departments of America. These departments will tell you that no process can obtain a COP (Efficiency for the Geeks) of greater than 1. Simple translation all processes are assumed to give out less than is put into them. This is not so. In the USA it is ILLEGAL to sell Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners with a COP less than about 3.5. (SEER 10 is the law) Stuff that into the face of any idiot saying that their physics professor was right. Congress outlawed anything less than 3.5. Normally many units get up to 2 times that. If you believe your Physics teacher please turn off your AC and the refrigerator! In the mean time start learning that these guys are making a business of heckling and not producing anything at all.

If Americans had any sense (I am a US Citizen) generally they would force the marketing of cell phones to be seperated from the sale of phone plans. At the same time they would force the cell companies to only provide monthly billed service without contracts for flat rate.
The equipment of the cell company is properly a fixed cost almost entirely. Selling such on a per minute basis is like making it in the cellar. Fixed cost utility service equipment use should be sold the same way.
No it isn't free enterprise for the idiots out there who think such a fantacy exists. This is the most highly manipulated and centrally controlled market on the planet. (US Cell Phones) It just doesn't control for the interests of the users, only the central controllers.
The fact of Global Warming isn't really in question. The place is warming up. The real question is why? There are people who take a warming trend to be evidence of human activity etc. There are others who question that. The rise in temperature really is not in doubt.
There is extremely good evidence that the process is substantially if not entirely natural. I know that some will argue against this but there are several very good indicators. The sun has gotten brighter and in particularly it has also been much more electrically active in the last few years. There were 2 massive solar flares only a few days before Hurricans Katriana and Rita flared up. Wilma has a strong match to several solar flares.
I know this ticks off the tree huggers but the process probably is entirely outside human control. Mankind probably has no hope what so ever of stopping or even mitigating the processes. At the same time the Bushies (a religious cult with G W Bush as their God and who live in a Karl Rove induced state of mind.) really cannot excuse off their policy of craping the planet up with their waste.

I don't do drugs and I hate the effects of even recreational use of drugs on people. I don't even like most prescription drugs.
I have suffered because of the idiots trying to stop drug use by this detection and repression regime. So has everyone else. I cannot get Pseudopedrine for my allergies without going through the hoops and hurdles of their system. I am limited to 20 pills a month. It gets worse when you consider the high cost of getting needed medicines going through the Rx system with the MD's. I take synthroid and am on total replacement therapy. My dosage is never going to change. I have been on the same dose for 8 years now. Why can't I just buy it at the pharmacy and forget the $150 a year going to the MD and the $75 lab fees to validate my dose? The drug for a year only costs about $50 and that price is 10 times higher because of this system.
We are headed into a police state where every micro droplet from our body could cause loss of job, family and freedom forever. Worse yet this could be a form of sabotage where someone could sneek a few micrograms of dust onto us and destroy our lives.
None of this addresses drug abuse. The Pseudoephedrine issue was over Meth-labs. There are less meth labs but now the Mexican imports of the drug have more than made up for the supply that was being produced locally. The problem is not gone, it is just moved. Drug abuse is not the result of access to drugs. It is only the result of the desires of people and these are related to other factors we do nothing about using such invasive technology.
Having worked on work sites where people did drugs, I hate the effects. But the problem is that we will not deal with our DRUNKS. I mean drunk on anything that makes them drunk. The US Problem with drugs is not in Mexico and it isn't in Columbia. It is entirely in our own population.
I am painfully aware of the causes of our drug abuse problem. It is mostly a problem of our society raising a bunch of "useless people." We raise our children prohibiting them access to useful occupations and valuable jobs at a young age and making sure they stay away from work which makes them valuable to others for such a long period of time that they never become useful and they destroy their lives because they know they are worthless and useless. This is particularly a disease of our "modern" society where we trash occupations and trash people in the name of progress. This is only going to get worse with the march of technology as we reneder almost all work obsolete. As we permit industrialists to trash entire communities of people saying their skills are "obsolete" etc while not providing for their adjustment and usefulness this problem is going to become universal. I am not against progress and technology but unless it is required (I MEAN WITH LAW) to accomidate people the temptation to dump people is going to be impossible to resist. With the globalism and "free trade" we now see going on, the avoidance of these costs will be simply to shift trade from one nation to another. As it happens all nations will be trashed this way. This is a threat to all hunanity.
I don't want to suggest we don't need to be careful. On the contrary the very idea that we should ignore disease is silly. However; the H5N1 virus is being used as a international bureaucratic shake down. Here is how you can know this:
(1) Are the authorities doing anything about the 50,000 people this year who will die with the flu except pushing their useless vaccines?(NO!)
(2)Washing hands stops all infections diseases and it is undeniable that we don't have to cure a diseas you don't contact. Are they pushing hygene measures? (NO!)
(3) Are the elite people avoiding the infected regions or are they touring to "study the flu"? (They are touring!) Skipping a lot more this is one grand shake down.
This is not to suggest that the flu is not a real threat. It is a real threat. It is very dangerous. We have real means and real measures none of which are being applied. All we see are very expensive stockpiles of drugs and vaccines certain to never be of any use what so ever. We see the elite UN types heading to study and air flights are not checked. SARS was checked and it was stopped. The whole thing is a UN induced fraud.
Try reading for a change. The reality is that electrical forces are 10^39 more powerful than gravity. The reality is almost nothing we see in the universe is predictable by the gravity theory. Many things are too energetic to match to gravity. But heckling is a typical nonsense response.
Electrical forces all match well to what is seen. Electrical forces are powerful enough to do what is going on. Electrical forces are laboratory verifiable and they do check out! Electrical forces are obvious from as far as NASA's tether experiments, to the Van Allen Radiation Belts, to Solar prominences to the Northern lights and so on. The fact is that the Gravity guys have sold people a pig in a poke and people really believe them. Volcanism and Earthquake activity on earth is 100 times more energetic than both gravity and nuclear decay could produce.

Being a realist in banking isn't allowed. I am about to give it a try. If the law were changed for debit cards and the like to match the Fair Debt Collection Practices act of 1979. (USA Law) such that the damages and burden of proof fell on the feduciary agent (The bank)and collection plus triplicate were part of it, the industry would suddenly find a way to assure identity.
So long as the banks and card companies can make money selling "Identity thieft insurance" they will celebrate the problem. Banks etc should find it fraudulent to sell that insurance if they issue cards or Credit/Debit type stuff. It is a conflict of interest.
Identity thieft could be solved largely by as simple as having a camera at the transaction point and a photo of you in the credit database. Place the photo on the clerk's register. Have someone back at the card processing company see the live photo against the stored one.

Just for kicks and giggles..., The power supply of your computer is DC! It is transformed generally down to 12VDC, 5VDC and 3VDC to serve different devices in the box. As to the Meth Lab stuff. I had drug runners running a regular wholesale operation next door. You could watch them exchanging money and drugs in the street. I tried to call the FBI, you know the guys who are charged with catching this sort of crud. Well they didn't answer their answering machine. I tried calling the DA..., his people didn't care. I called the Sheriff..., he said call the "drug taskforce" with the state. I called the drug taskforce...., No result. I even offered to have the under cover guys stay in my house and film the operation from my house.
I finally threatened the Sheriff with advertizing for the drug guys by painting the street and with "Drugs this Way" signs and putting up signs on the lamp posts. That got the guys parole revoked for a while. But now the guys are back. What am I going to have to do? Shoot the guys? I know they would show up and arrest me if I did that. They cannot be bothered otherwise.
For the ignorant fools who believe the USA is either fighting terrorism or is fighting drugs, you simply do not know what is going on. The Patriot Act is a fraud. Start a business and you will find out what the Patriot Act is about. It is about TAXES! It is nothing else!
As to the stopping of Meth Labs and drug abuse. NOT! The whole problem we have here is that the data keeps having to be fudged to try and keep Einstein in the catbird's seat. Simply stated the data isn't there. Special Relativity is a theory. It is a theory that now can be shown to have glaring flaws and gaping holes. I know this upsets some people but is simply is true.
Whenever someone dares question the Einstein religious nuts and their "universal facts", they get attacked and modded down. How about a little science for a change. I think it might be useful. The whole system that the Einstein bunch has constructed is coming apart in the face of more and more data that does not support it. The Neutreno's are missing, The energy is missing, the Matter is missing so we have to invent ever more funny things like dark matter and dark energy and .... to get this to work. We have to fill our universe with all sorts of objects that have never been observed and believe in them in order to keep this theory set working.
These guys ignore the EM force which is 10^39 times stronger than gravity. These guys ignore the plasma that fills space. These guys ignore the evidence that is all around us of the electrical universe. The mod down anybody who speaks up on slashdot. In university they destroy careers of those who speak up. These guys are religious zelots who destroy heritics.
Good Science would listen for a change. It would also follow the scientific method and throw out a theory set that is so flawed that it requires these exotic patches as does special relativity. The only shred of evidence to deny that Bush ordered this is the "Plausable Deniability" screen they constructed in the Whitehouse with Adm. Poindexter at the helm of the program. I am pretty savy on computers and I had an event where my computer crashed due to the Antivirus guys at Symantic. Their software crashes your system and screws it up if you uninstall it without special tools. In any case I had a crash and needed my computer and my data saved and prompt recovery. My Microsoft OS was telling me I had to reinstall it and I would loose data. SO I WENT TO THE GEEK SQUAD local precinct as they call it. [HORRID MISTAKE!!!!]
The decided they had to rebuild the system. That in their mind ment F-disk and of course the loss of all data. Well I managed to threaten them into not doing F-Disk and did get them to save a backup of the drive. They wanted to wipe out logical partitions. They wanted to get rid of a linux partition. I had to fight them all the way. It took them 7 days to reload Windows 2000 pro with my disks. They lost my disks which were OEM disks. Then they found them after another trip back. It went on and on. The total cost of this expedition was nearly $400 for their little stupid operation. I could have bought a simple new machine cheaper. If this is the quality of Best Buy generally, I suggest they should go out of business! I will not even shop there anymore after this!
15 of Hijackers on 911 were here either illegally or had overstayed their visa's. Of those who had visa's 4 had obtained them fraudulently and the INS agents even questioned them about it on entry but did nothing because of the pressure of the Bush Administration to end border enforcement. If you continue, all of the hijackers came to the attention of the FBI. (That takes work folks!) The FBI! Imagine that! They did enough to have the feds looking into their affairs and they were guests in the USA! We even had them under observation and knew where they were! If we had a system to check people in and out, we would have known they had over stayed. It just goes on and on. Don't for one minute discount the issue of the Illegal Aliens being a problem.
In 2005 the last year for which data is available, approximately 40% of all murders in the USA were committed by Illegal Aliens. This is the death of over 4000 US Citizens! Wake your head up form the rhetoric a minute and look and see if the facts are there! Frankly this situation with Illegal Aliens may have many issues involved but it definitely involved the 911 situation and it involves much more serious business.
M. Atta was arrested in Alabama the Sunday before 911 and released on a signature bond (Ticket) because the Shelby County, Alabama Sheriff's Department knew as an alien the INS would not take him in and the Sheriff was forbidden by the Feds to do it! He was Arrested in Jackson County Ms the day before same situation. In both cases M. Atta had NCIC outstanding warrant data for Broward County Florida to have him picked up. This is a case where the law was not enforced and it resulted only 2 days later in the 911 events. GET REAL. This isn't a theory or an opinion. The facts are that the Bush team is off the reservation.

If I called about a real live Al Qaeda member to the US Border Patrol or ICE the call would never be responded to. There are only 65 ICE agents actually empowered to make arrests in the USA as a whole. Surely this tells the truth about the real intent here. It is pretty undeniable.
What is developing is obvious in another arena. George Bush has not issued a single Veto since he became president. There is a growing body of evidence that the whole universe does not work the way that we were taught. It predicts things like we are seeing very well. It says that Gravity is an insigificant force being outweighed by the EM force by 10^39. The Relativity and Gravity model has flunked the test of matching reality.

The level of oceans has to do with electrostatic charges associated with cosmic physics and the makeup of the earth. This is related to why comets break up in deep space too far from the sun to have been so. It also makes the earth expand radiacally. By the evidence from NOAA the earth has expanded by 55% gaining mass from the energy of this process creating matter within the earth in the period in which the oceans came into being. The parent post to this one is somewhat on target. There are numerous reasons for the ozone hole.
The most specific reason for the ozone hole was cold. It takes a temperature of -205 Deg C to create the atmosphere conditions where ozone does not form in presence of sunlight. As a result the "Hole" was a cold spot. The conditions being suppressed in the cold spot, they reverted back with a vengance when the air hit warmer locations. Typically the southern habitable regions saw their Ozone levels rise by nearly double as the "Hole" formed. ( See the Total Ozone Measurment System TOMS site) To add to the nutty stuff over ozone holes, this never formed when any appreciable sunlight could fall in the affected area anyway and the hole always closed by the time appreciable sunlight appeared in the area.
The correspondence to the ozone hole and Mt Erebus volcanic activity was always 1:1. The existence of chlorine in the upper atmosphere was in that area about 99.9% natural in origin. The mountain pumped massive amounts of material into the atmosphere swamping anything man did.
The price paid for this nutty behavior by some "scientists" was very high. In the world as a whole it represented the replacement of very long lived very safe and very efficient CFC based refrigeration systems with ones which use toxic gasses and which are much shorter lived and less in energy efficiency. The resulting energy demand is in no small part the cause of the current pinch in energy supplies the world is experiencing at this time and was completely unnecessary. The whole process was generated by Dupont and the fact that their CFC patents were running out.
Basic Physics of the CFC's indicated why they were used and why they never caused this problem. The first most important reason for their selection was that they were inert and did not mix with air for any extended period. They separate from air like oil and water. CFC's by this means were safe to work with, and did not ruin machinery. They were heavier than air so they fell to the ground and penetrated into the ground rapidly. CFC-12 has the same mass ratio to air as a cannonball of solid steel has to a lake it is being shot into. Since lakes are unlikely to have cannon balls floating around on the top of them, it is just as likely for CFC's to migrate to the upper atmosphere and subsequently float around up there.

I would like to make clear that this effort had nothing to do with national security. What is more it has only one obvious conclusion for its objective. It included software engines to recognize speach, pictures and to even identify where a picture was taken, when and what angles etc. It was not limited to metadata either. The engines would generate contextual metadata on their own. The intent was to be able to listen electronically to 100% of all world wide phone, fax and internet traffic with full understanding and full cross reference of data. The computer networks and engines to do this are very big and do exist. The US Government under this routinely intercepts a large amount of data and has search engine skill applied to the output.
My company would not bid on the contracts even though we would do some things because some of us in the company were not invertebrates. We could see that this had no purpose regards the military GWAT (Global War On Terror). It was a level of spying and information gathering that clearly had no innocent purpose.We had other contracts which were also out of Admiral Poindexters office.

The "red shift" stuff that is gospel to the Special Relativity crowd argues that the shift in frequency of light is due to distance. The Plasma Physics technology which is a stock and trade industrial science and is fully scaleable in math models makes clear that the cosmology explanations of the big bang and such are just silly. The issue of cold fusion is one which seems to get heckled a lot lately. It is as if "God" said it couldn't be done therefore anyone who bring it up is wrong. The reality is far from that. There has been a collision of scientific facts that is driving towards "cold fusion" no matter what the critics say.

It was the 1930's before any of the possible processes wer e understood at all. Since then we have been learning a lot. In the late 1700's it was known that hens (female chickens for the geeks out there)produced an excess of calcium. In areas of England without calcium in the soil these birds produced lots of calcium. This was taken in the terms of the day as "transmutation". By the late 1970's the US Army studied the process and found it was very much real. The process exists in most living things here sodium is converted into magnesium and potassium into calcium. In the hens a lot of unanswered questions exist. Bean sprouts transmutate (Fusion for the geeks) Manganese into Iron. That is the very top of the fusion energy tree. It is the hardest reaction to do. Cold fusion exists and has been going on for a long time. In fact there is excellent evidence that human beings do not absorb calcium in their diet in any quantity but rather do fusion to do the job. Yes you do cold fusion internally. You don't know how but you do it.
For the geeks naturally this should give off a lot of energy and the energy is missing so something it taking up the energy. It turns out there are a lot of endothermic nuclear reactions as well. This all relates to Electron Voltage. This just means that fusion is by nature the top end of the Chemistry reactions. It would be entirely natural for it to be the end research of chemistry. Look it up for your self. The mitochondria of you cells do thermonuclear fusion routinely. There is a lot of evidence of such. It is doubtful that there is any living thing that doesn't do fusion. It probably is essential to life.

These departments will tell you that no process can obtain a COP (Efficiency for the Geeks) of greater than 1. Simple translation all processes are assumed to give out less than is put into them. This is not so. In the USA it is ILLEGAL to sell Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners with a COP less than about 3.5. (SEER 10 is the law) Stuff that into the face of any idiot saying that their physics professor was right. Congress outlawed anything less than 3.5. Normally many units get up to 2 times that. If you believe your Physics teacher please turn off your AC and the refrigerator! In the mean time start learning that these guys are making a business of heckling and not producing anything at all.

If Americans had any sense (I am a US Citizen) generally they would force the marketing of cell phones to be seperated from the sale of phone plans. At the same time they would force the cell companies to only provide monthly billed service without contracts for flat rate.
The equipment of the cell company is properly a fixed cost almost entirely. Selling such on a per minute basis is like making it in the cellar. Fixed cost utility service equipment use should be sold the same way.

I don't do drugs and I hate the effects of even recreational use of drugs on people. I don't even like most prescription drugs.
I have suffered because of the idiots trying to stop drug use by this detection and repression regime. So has everyone else. I cannot get Pseudopedrine for my allergies without going through the hoops and hurdles of their system. I am limited to 20 pills a month. It gets worse when you consider the high cost of getting needed medicines going through the Rx system with the MD's. I take synthroid and am on total replacement therapy. My dosage is never going to change. I have been on the same dose for 8 years now. Why can't I just buy it at the pharmacy and forget the $150 a year going to the MD and the $75 lab fees to validate my dose? The drug for a year only costs about $50 and that price is 10 times higher because of this system.
We are headed into a police state where every micro droplet from our body could cause loss of job, family and freedom forever. Worse yet this could be a form of sabotage where someone could sneek a few micrograms of dust onto us and destroy our lives.
None of this addresses drug abuse. The Pseudoephedrine issue was over Meth-labs. There are less meth labs but now the Mexican imports of the drug have more than made up for the supply that was being produced locally. The problem is not gone, it is just moved. Drug abuse is not the result of access to drugs. It is only the result of the desires of people and these are related to other factors we do nothing about using such invasive technology.
Having worked on work sites where people did drugs, I hate the effects. But the problem is that we will not deal with our DRUNKS. I mean drunk on anything that makes them drunk. The US Problem with drugs is not in Mexico and it isn't in Columbia. It is entirely in our own population.
I am painfully aware of the causes of our drug abuse problem. It is mostly a problem of our society raising a bunch of "useless people." We raise our children prohibiting them access to useful occupations and valuable jobs at a young age and making sure they stay away from work which makes them valuable to others for such a long period of time that they never become useful and they destroy their lives because they know they are worthless and useless. This is particularly a disease of our "modern" society where we trash occupations and trash people in the name of progress. This is only going to get worse with the march of technology as we reneder almost all work obsolete. As we permit industrialists to trash entire communities of people saying their skills are "obsolete" etc while not providing for their adjustment and usefulness this problem is going to become universal. I am not against progress and technology but unless it is required (I MEAN WITH LAW) to accomidate people the temptation to dump people is going to be impossible to resist. With the globalism and "free trade" we now see going on, the avoidance of these costs will be simply to shift trade from one nation to another. As it happens all nations will be trashed this way. This is a threat to all hunanity.
I don't want to suggest we don't need to be careful. On the contrary the very idea that we should ignore disease is silly. However; the H5N1 virus is being used as a international bureaucratic shake down. Here is how you can know this:
(1) Are the authorities doing anything about the 50,000 people this year who will die with the flu except pushing their useless vaccines?(NO!)
(2)Washing hands stops all infections diseases and it is undeniable that we don't have to cure a diseas you don't contact. Are they pushing hygene measures? (NO!)
(3) Are the elite people avoiding the infected regions or are they touring to "study the flu"? (They are touring!) Skipping a lot more this is one grand shake down.
This is not to suggest that the flu is not a real threat. It is a real threat. It is very dangerous. We have real means and real measures none of which are being applied. All we see are very expensive stockpiles of drugs and vaccines certain to never be of any use what so ever. We see the elite UN types heading to study and air flights are not checked. SARS was checked and it was stopped. The whole thing is a UN induced fraud.

Being a realist in banking isn't allowed. I am about to give it a try. If the law were changed for debit cards and the like to match the Fair Debt Collection Practices act of 1979. (USA Law) such that the damages and burden of proof fell on the feduciary agent (The bank)and collection plus triplicate were part of it, the industry would suddenly find a way to assure identity.
So long as the banks and card companies can make money selling "Identity thieft insurance" they will celebrate the problem. Banks etc should find it fraudulent to sell that insurance if they issue cards or Credit/Debit type stuff. It is a conflict of interest.
Identity thieft could be solved largely by as simple as having a camera at the transaction point and a photo of you in the credit database. Place the photo on the clerk's register. Have someone back at the card processing company see the live photo against the stored one.
There are other measures but somehow some why this will get bent into a discussion of "free entreprise" or some other fictional construct. Simply stated the legislatures and US Congress should address this matter and make good rules that make IDENTITY the feduciary agent's problem and not for you and me generally. Rich people can either spend their money or invest it. If they spend it then presumably they enjoy the consumption (otherwise why spend it?) while providing jobs, and if they invest it then they contribute to the construction of factories, companies, etc. In neither case does the money just "disappear", solely because the rich value a dollar less than the poor.

Just for kicks and giggles..., The power supply of your computer is DC! It is transformed generally down to 12VDC, 5VDC and 3VDC to serve different devices in the box. Just thought most of this discussion set might get rational if it was noted that all that is going on with big rack DC supplies is that the power supply is being moved to a central location and the cooling in the box is reduced because the power supply isn't there. As to the Meth Lab stuff. I had drug runners running a regular wholesale operation next door. You could watch them exchanging money and drugs in the street. They were outside the house with cell phones "dialing for dollars" every single day and all sorts of people were pulling up. I tried to call the FBI, you know the guys who are charged with catching this sort of crud. Well they didn't answer their answering machine. I tried calling the DA..., his people didn't care. I called the Sheriff..., he said call the "drug taskforce" with the state. I called the drug taskforce...., No result. I even offered to have the under cover guys stay in my house and film the operation from my house.
I finally threatened the Sheriff with advertizing for the drug guys by painting the street and with "Drugs this Way" signs and putting up signs on the lamp posts. That got the guys parole revoked for a while. But now the guys are back. What am I going to have to do? Shoot the guys? I know they would show up and arrest me if I did that. They cannot be bothered otherwise.
For the ignorant fools who believe the USA is either fighting terrorism or is fighting drugs, you simply do not know what is going on. The Patriot Act is a fraud. Start a business and you will find out what the Patriot Act is about. It is about TAXES! It is nothing else!
As to the stopping of Meth Labs and drug abuse. NOT! The restriction of precursors may have slowed the labs but the import via that border with Mexico that the US President refuses at all costs to protect is going through the roof. The dealer is next door to me. I know!
