heck... if they got their act together, they could let you see the movie for free and then sell the merchandise and DVDs on the way out... they'd still make a killing, and there'd be less incentive for the pirates as the DVDs would be out simultaneously with the actual movies, but you would have to go to see the movie to be able to buy the DVD, but that would be alright, as it wouldn't have cost you anything to find out the movie was crap and you didn't want the DVD anyway as a result...
wooo... mind you, all the other concerns that depend upon getting the rights to put the movie on cable/satellite/rental before the DVD hits the shops would be upset...
The more of these you have in your house, the faster the game/app you're playing/using will run as it will automatically use spare capacity on the other machines networked together in your house... I for one am most certainly looking forward to getting my hands dirty coding for these beauties... Bring on the Cell Processing Overlords... I'm ready.
where's the code to download then??? where's the stuff for us to break??? It appears that all you've been doing is playing politics and generating a very pretty roadmap. And now you want us coders to come in and do the real work for you.

that you can't pose a few on the coffee table to make yourself look intellectual/arty or whatever when someone's coming round that you want to impress... also you can't exactly have a nice impressive display of ebooks on your bookshelf either... having Mobipocket open with the library display just doesn't compare.
applied a similar punishment to Microsoft for having violated the Sherman Act??? That's just as serious and the consequences for the customers were just as severe. Artificially raised prices as a result of the monopoly and a lack of choice.
Yes but... if you can't find the.torrent file in the first place, then the fact that the tracker isn't affected isn't of any use to you... I've noticed several torrent agglomerator search sites dissapear under strange circumstances... one last week was the subject of a domain hijack... others have gone down under heavy load, so I suspect they've been DDOS'ed as well
The volume of spam arriving in my mailbox has dropped right off...:) I was getting some twenty odd landing in the trash having been filtered there... now I've gotten only two in the last day...
I don't have any on this box... mind you, I'm not running ms-windows either... I can't understand all this anti-spyware fuss when all you're doing is discussing the merits of which company to call out to rid your house of the cockroaches that are coming in through all the cracks... do what I've done... shift to a platform that's designed properly from the outset.. Doesn't need to be Linux either... I note the Mac gang don't suffer either.
Oh fer heck's sake... that's just too geeky... And I'd gotten to grips with./configure, make and make install, but that's several steps too far... so to install Freya, I've got to fix the dependencies??? why haven't those fixes been passed up to those projects already??? sitting on the details in an out of the way forum is not helping matters.
It would help if the dependencies would compile... fblend 0.4 is the problem so far...

Turns out it's a missing semi-colon on at the end of line 184 of 2xstretch.s. And that's supposed to be the three year old stable release!!!!!!! oh and I had to stick a new line at the end of the last line of trans.inc as well
I've stopped for a while to let my head unwind... the readme for alfont is all geekspeak to me...
I wanna see some games to play and hack with and see if it's even worth pulling down the stuff to write my own... the games page is empty... and the screenshots aren't exactly inspiring...
how long would it take to do a box to box copy over the USB interface then????????? and if you're in a panic to securely wipe that drive, then you will need plenty of advance warning... or else quick access to a good oxy/acetylene torch...
friendly fire casualties there mate... the key words "bulk" "email" "software" also came up with a hosting company as they also provide email services to their clients... so don't just wildly click all the ads down the sponsored strip... do a quick read of the blurb before clicking them
it's a cover mounted book... you have to (gulp...) purchase the magazine... yes, that's a hard to grasp concept nowadays... going into a "shop" with "money" and handing over "money" in exchange for the physical goods...
that'll be Microsoft UK and Microsoft Ireland then... so the total number of licenses sold will only be as many as there are Microsoft Offices overseas...
Funny how they never give out just who the purchasers are isn't it...
it's not the product that's ISO 9001 certified... it's the process... The certification now means that you have a process for establishing where you are going wrong and that you are doing something about it... you're probably thinking about the old version of ISO 9000 series (the 1996 version). Things have changed quite a bit now.

mind you... I hear some music acts are doing something similar soon by providing CDs of the actual concert you've just attended for sale in the foyer on your way out...
amazing... I've managed to confuse the mods yet again...30% interesting, 30% overrated and 40% troll... can someone make up their minds???

all very well and good, but most people don't have a windows XP cd at all, just a "system restore" disc
