I have researched every single claim of the "faked moon landing" people, and have not found ONE that wasn't explained rather simply. In fact, there are dozens of things that show this was done on the low gravity surface of the moon that CANNOT be explained by any artificial means. Look at the moon dust fly up from the wheels of the rover, etc...you CAN'T do that on Earth. There are literally hundreds of things (not counting the very real fact that we delivered men to the moon, and then they walked on it), that can only be explained by the moon landing's reality. People like the ones that host the site at your link are looking for a couple of bucks from those easily swayed. If they wanted to truth to be told, they would just tell it, not sell it. Again, this is a no brainer. Meaning, if you don't believe it, you HAVE NO BRAIN. heh...

I just went to Dell to price out the Dual 650 3.0.6 that edged out the top G5 (according to this guy) to a comparable Mac config. and came up with $4300. Why do people keep protesting Macs are too expensive? Yes, they cost more than the usual PC, but you GET more too. And if you look around, you seem to get more for less. People just see $3000, and say "DAMN boooey!!", because they are looking at the PC package at the same time, monitor included, on the web for the low low price of $600. What they aren't understanding, is that you actually are getting more bang for your buck with the Mac hardware. Does everyone need that "extra" speed, SuperDrive, RAM, Dual Procs, 64-Bit, 1 GHz front side, USB 2, FW 800, Digital audio in/out, AGP 8X Pro, PCI X 133, etc... no. But paleeez.

I can't find other comparable models that can beat Apples prices. If someone knows of cheaper PC's with the same config/performance, please post them.

    Thanks!

    Which would you prefer?

A mechanical system by where the game of baseball is nothing more to you than a process by which judgemnet is passed (win/loss) by evaluating the pure physical ability to play the game exactly as described in the rule books and is regulated by computers, sensors, radar, etc... in order to make sure the actaul best "physically speaking" team wins.

    or

You enjoy baseball in all it's glory as a game with faults. Faults that will ALWAYS be present when being judged by humans. Faults that are considered by the players, which in return goes into the judging of the ability of that player or team.

In my opinion, learning where this particular ump's strike zone is, is part of the game. The catcher "setting" up the pitch to make it look like a strike when caught is "part of the game". Good batters know these things. So, do I want to judge players on their ability simply to hit a ball that is thrown in the official strike zone? Or do I want to judge players on how they handle ALL of the game's fuzzy edges brought about by human judgements.

I prefer "b", as it's actually HARDER to do. Baseball is more of a mind game than anything. Any hard-core baseball fan will tell you this. I tend to like watching drama that would be completely lost if computers controlled everything. Next thing you know, we'll have instant reply calling close calls at bases, etc... The human element in baseball, with all of it's faults, is part of the game. Changing that would mean that it wouldnt' be "baseball" anymore, but more of a "testing" station. Why don't we just give each player a set of skills to be tested, gather up the scores, and just give the team with the highest score a trophy.

It's not piracy that's killing this biz, is crappy merchandise. When do you think they will do what every other big biz does at times when sales of their "widgets" are slipping, and blame their product line? Not only are their "widgets" decreasing in true value to its consumer through a drop in quality of the product, but now it's wanting to hurt the "widget" even more by INSERTING stuff to make its"widget" even worse?! "Our "widget" sales are dropping, I know...let's make the "widget" an even harder sell by adding restrictions to it! That'll bring 'em back in droves! Who's with me!! (cheers from suits can be heard down the hall)"

What in the hell is wrong with these people? Are they insane? Stupid? ... Greedy? (I know it's C, but you just never know...).

They are actually making a case for STEALING the music. I swear these guys are sharing a single brain cell, and it's missfiring or something. It's just plain easier and less restrictive to download the damn music nowadays (yes, it's cheaper too, but the first two realities suffice for most of the people that I know who download music). Apple is trying to help this very perception/problem with iTunes Music Store. It's easy (I still get them from my chair at home), I can burn as many CD's as I like, and I can use them on my computer. Thank you Apple.

They are shooting themselves in the foot while looking at $$ numbers being lost due to piracy. They choose to fix it by attacking it's consumers instead of offering more in it's product. Don't most "things" get better AND cheaper as they age in their market? Are they telling me it costs more now to put out good music (which I would STILL be waiting for)? Again, I'm not sure where these guys went to business school, and I'm no CFO, but attacking your customer by telling him that his music will now be more restrictive (how does this help sales again???) and stating the reasons as "well, we're not saying you are a crook, we just don't want you to become one" is horse shit, and just plain STUPID. These dumb asses deserve what they are going to get, and that's an angry customer base that is even MORE willing to thumb their nose at them and steal the damn music. Like others have stated, I'll buy CD's again, but they will be of good music which now means almost anything you DON'T hear on the readio, and their will be no restrictions as to how I choose to listen to the music that is ON that CD. Again, thank you Apple for allowing indie bands to join the music store.

I'm sorry for the long rant, it's just that big music biz execs are keeping their jobs because they can point to a $avings in these implementations which the big bosses love, without seeing the long term losses and it's insane.

    Good luck.

The vast majority of people believe the head on TV which they take as fact because "our government wouldn't lie to us". That's your argument. No real research, nothing. Just "it can't be so". Well, that doesn't cut it, I'm sorry. If the government doesn't want you to know about IT'S GOING TO LIE ABOUT IT. How hard is this to understand? So when they let a file "slip" through stating that there is nothing to this story (first hand testimony from people WITHOUT an agenda get thrown to the wayside) and people eat it up as evidence to the contrary, it makes me laugh, and sad at the same time, to see educated people taken in for nothing less than "it can't be so, and our government wouldn't lie about it". Yikes... Scary. You should NEVER trust one source, especially when the "one" has all the motive in the world to lie to you. And yet, it's what most do, and it's sad to see.

Do the research on your own. The gov has incredible motive for keeping this stuff secret, and yet we take their "word" for it.

Everything in that article has been beaten to death for decades, so it's even MORE sad to see people eating up as the final say so, which is nearly laughable from the position of one that has done extensive research in this area, initially as a hardcore skeptic. This article is a steaming pile of disinfo, and it's scarily obvious to those of us who have done the research.
