great place for kids; yahooligans.com is the kid-friendly version of yahoo; with tons of educatonal games. i think this is exactly what you're looking for...
other than that; theres this place i know called goatse...;)
along with a hard drive and modem; the ps2 is really starting to look like a PC to me...

normal humans take at least 45 terabytes... forget where i heard that; some science experiment emulating a 3 year old child.
