This game had some of the worst acting ever, in quasi-FMV no less. I'm having a little difficulty coming up with specific examples since it was so long ago, but I do remember that it was pretty bad. Somehow, the game itself still managed to be pretty good, though.
We've have a bunch of people where I work whose clipboards are getting screwed up (aka. copy/paste doesn't work). I'm pretty sure it's related to this virus, but I haven't seen any articles associating the two. Has anyone else heard of a similar symptom?
I remember seeing footage of a GBA/GCN game where you tilted your GBA to roll Kirby around in the Game Cube game. If I remember correctly, that was back before Game Cube's release. I know that Nintendo doesn't like to release anything until they're sure it's done, but that's one heck of a development cycle. Anyone know if the game was sacked?
The guide would tell you almost everything you needed to know about a particular situition in the game. To get the complete scoop, however, you would write down a code printed in the guide, walk down the hall to your PC, enter the code into a form on PlayOnline.com, and get the rest of the info. The guide became nothing more than a book full of dumb codes, and I'd spend all my time walking back and forth from my PC to my PS2. Man, that was frustrating! If I'd wanted to to online for game info, I would have just gone to gamefaqs.
I believe that was the Colecovision
