Ah, but all the American Italians I know use the word 'youse' for their plural subjective

Sounds like SOME of us have a workaround ;)

Bah, just beef up the machine's motherboard and graphics card and you'll be immersed in the world of Doom 3 just a step futher! :-)

  3. Re:Applicable to computer RPG's? on GURPS 4th Edition RPG Announced · · Score: 3, Interesting

The successful game Fallout was originally meant to have the GURPS mechanics, but Interplay decided on the "S.P.E.C.I.A.L." home-grown system.

I don't have a hard link to Interplay's site, but the closest Google Search that also mentions this fact is here

Turned out to be a licensing/legal dispute unfortunately, not a technical one.

How about just make it a meaningful experience? Everytime I go to the theatre there's always shitty three-day-old tasting popcorn, watered down soda, crappy service and sticky floors and popcorn in my chair from the previous viewing. Shouldn't going to a theatre be like going to a theatre? The 40's had it right. Regal, beautiful audience seating, a huge screen, first class customer service. What we get now is substandard service and materials for premium quality prices. That's the reason I'd rather wait my 6 months to rent.

  6. Another Game with pretty good Random Content on On Randomly Generated Content In Games · · Score: 0, Redundant

    Try Diablo and Diablo II.

Some of the dungeons were all consistent in feel, but almost always random each time you played the game. Though they're just crawlers.

  7. Fashion in Ancient History on Pants Were Optional, 100,000 Years Ago · · Score: 2, Insightful

If I recall correctly (I'm no historian), skirts/kilts were more popular due to the ease of fabrication back then.

I would think that it would make sense that these types of lice could infest the nether-regions as if they were pantless.

  8. Apple's Developer Relations Shift on Apple Releases Soundtrack · · Score: 5, Insightful

Is Apple trying to kill off nearly all 3rd party development for their platform or are they trying to fill blanks where 3rd party developers aren't doing as well as Apple would like for them to do?
