Putin personally authorized military attack by officers against UK civilians with a chemical weapon, and while it only injured the targets due to the ineptitude of the assassins their rushed ditching of evidence resulted in actual civilian deaths. Putin authorized it without declaring war, so an equal action assassinating him by any means necessary is simply proportional response. And no need to declare war either.
Certainly increasing granularity allows for better proportional response, even on the military side. Also, its a good chance this is significantly developed as policy since it has been made public. The UK would be within its rights to straight out assassinate Vladimir Putin (and that is my preference for a solution, from any party) but diplomacy requires more responses before that to check aggression. War is almost inevitable with Putin in power, but maybe taking out the lights (and blowing up a few oil and gas pipelines -- see US actions against the Soviets and also Iraq) would inspire some homeland revolutionaries to start the revolution on their end. Kill Putin like Gaddafi, or kill him like Saddam, either way he will be dead soon enough and his hierarchy will crumble into infighting for a few decades.
If the US really wants to embargo itself then so be it, you'll be left behind in every area of science and crawl back to trading as a junior partner within 5 years.
You Russian trolls should be afraid - your jobs are less than temporary, and your "skills" are effluvia in the world's sewer. Russia is a paper tiger whose claims of nuclear dominance are based on decrepit Soviet era technology that only has fuel and targeting ability to hit Russian cities. Your soliders are underfed, and your navy is a literal joke.
You have no fucking idea what PESCO is then. It is an EU wide defence agreement. The EU alone has more jets than all of Russia. And it will not fight alone. All of the former colonial territories have cultural connections, and that includes the US. The only ones who should be upset are Putin and his lackeys. If you are one of them then you wouldn't be a keyboard jockey trolling slashdot.
American intervention in Germany is a relic of their anti-Nazi program. That was valid. Now, we can more than take care of ourselves. Do you know what PESCO is? Putin can try whatever shit he likes, but his ass is going down. If he attacks any EU country even in alliance with a NATO country attack, he will die immediately. Just like the thousands he had killed. I advocate that Russians kill him first to solve their own problems, because Putin is personally causing all of them. If Putin doesn't die, then China will eat Russia. And I will applaud the march of Chinese tanks.
What 163,696 square mile area of the US has a lower rate? You can combine states, just keep the area the same. That's what matters for raw numbers, and population density or number of people in an area is what matters for raw rates. Still, just find an equivalently sized area with a lower simple rate. Try it. Then find the same with an equivalently sized base population. Try it.
A job interview isn't a trial. And a trial is preceded by a limitless thorough investigation, so when there is one it will have much more time than a week and a a greater scope than a narrow list of approved conversations for activity.
Star Wars is and always will be Star Wars, and every generation has to accept the changes brought by the next, and every generation has in reality. These Russian trolls distracted people with mindless hatred with no meaning or value. They tried at least. Now, they failed. Witness the scattered desperate please "please keep hating this thing with no point". Putin is bad at this stuff, and really he always has been bad at it. Intelligence I mean. He doesn't have any.
What "us" are you talking about? California is the main driver for global American economic influence. The rest of the US barely makes an impact beyond minuscule quantities of agricultural goods. Even the best American wine is Californian! Your views seem biased and your communications intentionally designed to incite conflict in people who have more of a vested interest in your narrow branch of politics. Honestly you do seem brainwashed by the paid Russian troll brigades, the dreck from Glavset. Hopefully they paid you for your soul.
I don't know if you read German but this report, on page 2 has the graph comparing total costs per kWh by energy source. Solar PV and wind turbines achieved lower cost than all of the non-renewable resources. Even cheaper than lignite brown coal. On the issue of reliability, assuming you know power engineering, this document provides a good summary, again on page 2.
Nope, because source bias literally changes the results of all of their analysis. Selection of sampling methods, design of experiments, etc. All are suspect when the funding comes from an interested group, which is the case for all mercatus materials.
Seriously, look for sources with more credibility and for more than just confirmation of your bias: https://www.sourcewatch.org/in...
"The Mercatus Center was founded and is funded by the Koch Family Foundations." and "In addition to being funded by the Charles G. Koch Foundation, the Mercatus Center also has ties to several prominent right-wing groups, including the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) and National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB)."

Good catch. The submission attempts to use this against renewable energy, but the truth is what you point out here: the operation is amateur and intentionally omits crucial components of a reliable renewable energy system.
AC, you are wrong about every single statement there, to such a degree that you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Renewable power is in fact cheaper on the market because it has no start up time, base load is a myth since dynamic solution of power mix provides greater stability, and higher production cost from fixed capacity and minimum output thermal generators (all fossil fuels and nuclear depend on steam) just means they can't adjust operation to reduce prices for the market. Sure individually solar depends on the sun, turbines on wind or water, etc. but the amalgam is gives greater efficiency and reliability than coal, nuclear, or natural gas. Costs are lower and grids are more responsive. The only requirement is active management, which reduces costs anyway.
I can not be the only one seeing that California is the leading part of the USA now, that the only goods USA news is all about California. This matches the reality of technological development, economic development, and actual industrial development. California has the best shipping ports for heavy cargo, and its companies are quickly becoming the only reliable remote sensing information provider. Hopefully the next element will be to label "Made in California" for the export market, so that it isn't dinged when the world embargoes general US products.

No, you don't have German scientists to steal this time.

Why don't you go kill Vladimir Putin? It's a better use of your time, and will save your homeland from absolute destruction by his lord Satan.
I'm German CDU you ignorant piece of shit,. Fuck off you god damn paid Russian troll!

Even a shadow of doubt makes the job applicant invalid, and the interview will move on to a better candidate.

You Russian trolls are all running scared now eh? Well, maybe you should solve your problems and kill Vladimir Putin.
Hey Ivan, I'm German. You're acting like an upset retarded kid, at least I hope it's just acting.

It's the alcohol fueled serial rapist part that's the problem for Kavanaugh, that and his gambling addictions, and his violation of oaths about telling the truth, and his violations of as a US district judge (the whole text, really) due to hyper partisanship and disregard for the rights of others.
