    You need to read more. There are plenty of arguments you just dismiss them out of hand.

    No one debates humans have an impact on the environment but only by clutching at straws can you even consider that the impact is that significant.

    Climate has 'changed' since before humans were on this planet and will continue to change regardless of what we do with our current level of technology.

    Dude. There was some international treaty where the US and Europe had it so that if any one of them raised the copyright time limit the other would automatically raise it as well. I dread to think if Canada and the US have a similar treaty.

    Of course there are those who aren't like this and for those people we need regulation. But assuming everyone is a natural born criminal isn't the way to do it.

    Capitalism tends to degenerate into cartels which harm the general public. Even Adam Smith knew that. To prevent this anti-trust legislation needs to be actively enforced. With the current global economy the power of the corporations has increased a lot to the point where it becomes hard for national governments to resist them. Even if that government is the US government. The unfortunate end result of this will either be chaos or a world government.

    It's a lot easier to make an electric transmission than a mechanical one for a large heavy vehicle. Just read about the Porsche Tiger tank or the Maus tank from WW2. Some large dump trucks use electric transmission.

    2) Is Reverse Water-Gas Shift Reaction
    3) Might be the Fischer-Tropsch Process

    All of it is old hat. The question is how efficient and expensive it is.

    It's the Indian-Asian boundary. India is a subcontinent on its own tectonic plate which has been crushing into Asia for a long time. The place where the plates collide is in the Himalayas. Those mountains are still increasing in altitude because of that.

    They do that already with pumped-storage. Reversible hydroelectric. There are also some liquid batteries. Li-ion is just too expensive and maintenance-intensive to use grid scale.

    There are plenty of devices which draw blood or fluids via suction. One example is the GlucoWatch:

    The problem with these devices is that they often cause skin lesions, bruising, and pain. I would rather stick with the needles.

    When you're sick with an incurable or hard to cure disease you try every stupid thing you can think about to get better. At worst this "whole foods" scam will have negligible negative health impact so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people tried it out just for the heck of it.
