I'm curious to see Microsoft's response. Maybe someone should remind them of their injuction of Lindows. I say Tit for Tat. Hold the word Mythic hostage as they hold the word Windows!

"That's why putting pressure on microsoft to fix its damn browser is such a good idea!" That was probably the best quote in this whole thread. We need sites that challenge the status quo of the internet/software if we want it to grow and be something productive, then a collection of p0rn sites and weblogs on people's day to day mundane activites. Innovation is only possible of people don't become complacent.

I haven't received any calls in the last few days. I won't miss the calls in the middle of dinner, but what I will miss is the "game-playing" with the people who called. One of my favorites was the: "What color panties are you wearing?" and see how long you can keep them on line.

These HAVE to be better then some of the other SW made for TV films/cartoons, ie: Ewoks, The TWO Ewok movies, and the great SW Holiday Special. I can't forget the cartoon Droids. I have a VHS copy of the SW Holiday Special and the best thing about it is the commercials from the 70s! Oh it also has the first appearance of Bobba Fett Cartoon in the middle of the special!

I use the keypad on a regular basis for inputing numbers, or doing some basic accounting. I got use to the keypad and I'm faster with that, then the top row keys. The keypad is pretty much obsolete, but hey - it makes the keyboard look "impressive"!

I agree - College is what you make of it. If you feel your on-line instructors aren't cutting the mustard - give a call your their Department and let the head of the Department more. Many schools want to have successful on-line programs - this brings in a ton of money to the school. Many respectable schools don't want it to be a cake walk, nor do they want it to be too boring. A few of the classes that I've taken - have gotten off track, which is easy to do, during our required chats. Just remember - you are paying for the service - keep the instrucotr focussed. Good luck and stick with it!
