:P
I'm actually guessing Vonage is completely down since multiple people can't ping them right now and my phone just gives me a busy tone when I dial a number.
This is great, now I get to rely on Comcast, a Netgear Router, VOIP adapter, and vonage to be able to make a phone call....
No, it doesn't have firewire but it supports up to 6 USB 2.0 ports.
No, his version doesn't have WiFi or Bluetooth but there is a Mini-PCI slot to add those things yourself (for far less than Apple would charge).
Also, there are some configurations of the board that are fanless. It's a shame that Kevin hadto use a board with such a huge fan/heatsink because that consumed most of the space inside the case and adds noise. If he used a fanless version he could have had plenty of room for a Slimline slot-loading optical drive.
I'm not trying to discount the Mac Mini (I'd love to have one) but I also think people should understand the potential of the Nano-ITX motherboard. It's soon going to be showing up in a lot of cars, entertainment centers, etc...
If I wasn't married with a kid and was a member of the aforementioned rogue bike-hacking squad...
I would need to learn how to create an RFID transmitter (or several if multiple "processors" are necessary) which could cycle through the range of available codes as quickly as possible (if it is known that they are only using a small consistent segmant of the possible codes that would make it much faster). Then I'd find out how to identify the reserved parking spots the company uses. Then I'd find out how to disable and spoof the GPS tracking unit the company uses.
I'm guessing the reason simoniker is leaving is that he needs to file a patent infringement lawsuit against the makers of the German shepherd game. His usb-enabled leash controller is almost done!
Seriously though, thanks for all the thousands of posts!!!
That device has the worst ergonomics I've ever seen. A person operating it gets to hold on to nothing if they want to use the analog sticks. I think it could only be played if it was laying on a table, and then, just barely. Another way to play it would be if you held it upside down and looked in a mirror or something.
Oh well, still have to give him props for the overal fit and finish.

I've been anxiously waiting for the Nano-ITX motherboard (http://www.viaembedded.com/product/epia_N_spec.js p?motherboardId=221).

Ok, that sounds like a pain in the ass.

Not very sophisticated but super-quick and easy!
